Overall experience was good, store was clean and well stocked. However I bought a bag of jack link beef jerky at self check out, when opened bag it was stale I looked at date and it exp. 06/2023!

Target sales associates are eager to take your money, but the return experience leaves a lot to be desired. Unhelpful customer service associates and managers who just make the return experience difficult and unpleasant. Online returns are so much smoother. I know it is hard to get help these days, but’s come on Target - you can do better. At the very minimum, a smile on their faces would go along way.

Same line for exchanges/returns and order pick up. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it takes longer than if I were to buy it in store because I have to wait in long lines for other people doing exchanges and returns?

Definitely had a great experience today, customer service was on point. Everyone in electronics was very helpful and were actually happy to help. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in years. Keep it up ?

4:30 on Wednesday afternoon and exactly ONE register open? Self check out only? Seriously? FAILED customer service. No one at the customer service desk either- bad job! Left my full cart in front of the register - sorry! Had to go

Don’t Believe Any Of The Racist Reviews On this store.I read the reviews before I visited this store for the first time and the reviews had me thinking that maybe there was some truth to them. I realized quickly the negative reviews are meant to be deterrents by folks stuck in their traditional mentality .As soon as I walked into the store I noticed six employees who happened to be going back to work and finishing their break. All of them were a mixture of ethnicities. Smiling and pleasant! I had numerous interactions ( on purpose ) with several employees particularly Caucasians just to test the water and I felt no kinda of negative energy at all. They were all helpful, pleasant, engaging and the vibes were fabulous.

Definitely targeting minorities. Conducted an experiment where my friend who is not a minority and I did the exact same thing. I had 3 employees come the area hardcore watching me and smiling. Now my friend stayed in the same area for over 30 minutes and no one came around. She couldn’t believe but I did. It’s happening. We moved over a sales price tag over and took a picture making it look like we were going to ask for the price. Luckily, they proved my point immediately. So I just put the things back and walked around for a little longer just to see what they would do. Honestly, didn’t see anyone but there are a million cameras in the store I’m sure someone was zooming in. I’ve seen other comments of racist complaints and it is sad to see. I will not be shopping at Target that’s for sure. Minorities stay away at least from this location.

I attempted to return a set of ear pods that were faulty. I informed the Target staff member in customer service what the issues were and provided my receipt. She gave me a look, like I had done something wrong. I was initially confused, but then I saw how she began looking through the each individual piece trying to match the serial numbers, and since the ear pods didn’t match the numbers on the box, I couldn’t return the faulty ear pods. She proceeded to insinuate that I may have switched the ear pods. I tried to explain thats how the item was sold to me. I was not aware I needed to check each item for matching serial numbers. She was no further help and dismissed any other question I had.I did call customer services and they were able to help me. I went to the Target in Warwick and was able to return the ear pods with no hassle and no rude assumptions.

Daughter is going to College in the area so we have visited this Target 3 times now. EVERYTIME we have been here the line is SUPER long and EVERYTIME there is ONLY 1 check stand open. Lots of employees just walking/standing around and chit chatting with one another. The store is an absolute MESS!!! There were the same drinks left on a shelf from the day before when we came in the next day, that goes to show you that they do NOT clean!! The ONLY nice employee is a cashier named Susana, she is absolutely AMAZING!!

No one picked up and answered the phone. I called many times during the days and nights and not once , anyone picked up the phone. It rang many times and just disconnected. What kind of business, retailer that doesn’t answer phone call. Hope the managers or regional managers do something about this.

The man working the sample table is so so lovely! My sister and I befriended him today and he is an amazing employee. He was friendly and very likable. Someone give this man a raise and a bigger table to work with!

RACIST. The employees in electronics verbally assaulted me and followed my around the section. Making assumptions, telling me I should probably go to Walmart. I am so appalled by the way I was treated here today. Mind you I frequent this target and never experienced such bad treatment. Will never go to this target again. Thank you for making me feel small. ??

I love Target. Price, quality and selection never disappoint. However lately the Seekonk store is alway messy wreck especially the clothing section where racks are overly crammed with merchandise, which makes it hard to shop. The poor upkeep in the store may be due to fewer employees. Whatever the case, lack of appropriate care and attention to the stores is why I am only giving 3 stars.
