I’ve gone to this post office several times and every time was greeted professionally and helped as expected. I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. All these guys are supposed to do is weigh your package put the proper postage on it and that’s it. Not sure what else you expect from the people there.

Big shoutout to the amazing postal workers at Seekonk Post Office. They were not only super helpful with my mailing questions but also brought a great sense of humor and friendliness that made my visit genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to find people who can be both professional and personable—thank you for making my day a little brighter!

They have absolutely no one to answer the phone. Legit called like 8 times and no answer.

Hate to pile on but I’ve never had a good face to face experience here. Female employee was very kind and helpful over the phone last week but I was left at the counter 10 minutes while I guess they stood in the back and laughed. Came out with no eye contact to tell me, “ Oh I thought he was up here”. The place is SMALL, I’m sure you can view customers from the back, so it was some passive aggressive bs . Today they hung up the phone. I called , rang the phone off the hook 20 minutes before Saturday noon closing, I guess it was already check out time.

I had to mail a little mailbox, some children's Valentine cards, for my granddaughter in Puerto Rico. I was able to purchase a box big enough to hold everything, for less than $4 mama and the priority shipping was inexpensive. The clerk at the desk was efficient and professional, and there was no line at 4:45 p.m. on a Wednesday night. This post office is located in the Ollie's parking lot, off to the far left behind Dunkin' Donuts. It can be a little tricky to find. But there is not usually a line, and the service is great. Always fully stocked with boxes and packing materials and shipping materials, and there's plenty of parking

It's a post office, why would it need a review, I guess because people like to blast the workers by name. They're human beings working, u don't know what happened to these people 5 minutes ago and because after visiting a location everyday for 10 years and then one day the guy behind counter doesn't smile at you right, your gonna shame him publicly forever. I think it's amazing there are still people that choose to work in customer service. Just do better people, it's not hard.

Complete lack of leadership and immaturity running this Post Office There needs to be an inspection done by the HQ for the Postal Service Someone needs to clean house at this place not to mention the employees that come to work with soiled uniforms with poor hygiene

This place has to be one of the worst usps. I had to ship two packages and I was there for 30 min because they couldn’t figure it out and told me to come back later. The last package I shipped from here got lost and I asked how could they help me and said they didn’t know to maybe look online. I don’t think anyone here really know what they are doing and they are so careless doing anything. Drive somewhere else to save yourself the trouble

Eek. Every time i've gone to this location I know I'm gonna deal with someone that has a stick up their you know what. Went in last time and had two men--bald guy and another with a lot of body hair--making eyes at one another as I was helped. Coming off as very dismissive and rude when I was the only person in the post office. I'd ask for a receipt to give them customer service feedback but they're so rude I don't even wanna stay in the building long enough for it to print. You're better off going to the east providence location a few minutes down the road.

I still have issues with my mail a YEAR after I moved into my apartment! I had to pay for a change of address online just now because these people don’t know how to do their job! The manager Chris never fixed my issue! Instead of putting the correct address so I can receive my mail they delete my current address! UNBELIEVABLE!!
