“I'm an Elf Bar fan and most of the vape shops locally have a very limited supply. White Horse has all of my favorites usually in stock and if they don't they have new ones I haven't tried. I recommend White Horse to a lot of my friends and I'm very happy to continue to order from them. They do ship pretty fast compared to other online vape shops I have tried in the past. If you have a shipping problem, definitely let them know, they are very quick to respond and make it right for you. I only had one time where it was a little late but it was also during the holidays and they were still very helpful and courteous to me.”
