Someone needs to train the employees in this CVS to talk to people the right way and the importance to respect customers. So frustrating how they talk down to you without reason. Good thing is that I have another CVS close to home too so I don’t have to go here ever again.

No one was at the front registers. Waited several minutes and tried the self check out. Register wasn’t cooperating, I pressed Help. Recording repeated said, “Help is on the way”. Another customer showed up and waited. She asked if anyone was around. I looked up and down each aisle. Not a single employee to be found. I went to the Employee office and knocked. A young came out and helped. At this point there was a line of people waiting to be checked out. I will not return to this CVS.

CVS doesn’t staff enough people in the pharmacy. They are always busy and I have never successfully gotten them to call a doctor to get refills.

It was convenient location for me, but I'll be changing to other cvs or walgreens. I would suggest other customers to check the prescription order when picking up to make sure they have everything, especially when you sending someone else to pick them up for you. They didn't have something in stock but I would at least expect to notify a person that is picking up about that. Plus the person that was picking up asked multiple times if that was everything, adn they said yes. Also, fyi check pharmacy hours - they differ from store hours

On April 29th, around 5:30 pm, The Male pharmacist was very rude and biggest ash hole I ever seen. All other pharmacists are good and service are friendly. CVS in Sharon is convenient for us, but we can take our business to Wallgreen. I urge to management pay immediate attention regarding the Sharon pharmacy. I am not the only one feel that experience. Please see all other reviews.

Friendly staff with welcoming demeanor. Sale items are clearly displayed and open isles are clearly marked as well. And the store location has abundant parking lots.

Most of the time when I go there there is some sort of issue . A lot of "system" not working properly when it comes to paying or trying to use your care pass .

Worst pharmacy for filling prescriptions. They have the automated telephone menus, the long ten foot receipts and their famous cvs card which does nothing for you But when I needed a prescription filled not only did they NOT have it available but didn't know when it would be in stock Great job !!! The worst CVS I've ever been to. The pharmacy staff argue with each other in front of the customers. They set appointments for vaccinations that then have a sign telling you there's no one to do it when you get there. No phone calls, no emails.Until the manager at this location is replaced with someone competent, find another CVS to go to.

I'm going to send my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. Terrible service too many times! Not just impolite or slow; also zero help when they're out of what you need. The tech definitely has an F-off vibe.

Dropping or prescriptions for my pet. The pharmacy tech sat, and stared at my prescription for about a minute. She then went to the pharmacist. They talked for less than 2 minutes. When she came back she started asking me questions. When I was answering them, I began thinking that she has all the information, which I gave her. When I asked her if everything was ok, she said a snide remark, which I don't want to share. I pulled out a copy of the prescription so I could follow along. As she was asking more questions, I told her that that information is on the paper. She then started raising her voice at me, yelling obscenities and causing a scene. I told her to stop yelling at me. She yelled back that she was not yelling. I then told her that she is causing a scene. She denied it. I said "if that was true", while pointing at all the people looking at us "they would not be looking at us". I then asked to speak to her manager. She said "fine! You can speak to the manager, I am not filling you prescription." A minute later the pharmacist came over, acted like nothing happened. She began to ask me questions on the prescription. I asked if she was the manager, she replied "no". I told her I asked for the manager. She said that she runs the pharmacy. I told her what happened, she blew it off. She then asked if I wanted to fill my prescription or not. I told her, I want to speak to the manager. She did not want to grab her. I asked for the managers name, she gave it to me. Then I asked for her name. She would not give me her name, and covered her name badge. I asked for her district managers name. She gave it to me. I will never do business with this company again. Even after giving them a formal complaint. You don't treat anyone like that.
