I have had the great pleasure of doing business with Dedham Savings for a while now. The people are extremely pleasant and are always willing to help, especially Colleen who always makes my trips to Dedham memorable and enjoyable.

Avoid at all costs. This bank is a joke with electronic banking options and stuck in the 1970s. Insult to injury, customer service is ill informed and useless.
