My boyfriend and I were at checkout. This manager or worker (old lady) with white hair and green shirt was checking out this customer (ANOTHER OLD LADY WHO CANT HEAR!!!) treated her with SO much disrespect and attitude, I was actually APPALLED. I’ve worked in customer service most of my life and have never seen such a rude human. Do better.

Tell me why I walked into this store and the employees locked the store with me still inside…start counting their registers…then tell me it’s my fault for not coming out right at nine when they closed their registers… ladies whom are working tonight… you all never made no announcement… nor did u check to see if u had anymore shoppers… I give u ladies a negative zero

I was so impressed by how clean and organized this store was. I didn't want to leave. I actually loved browsing and finding great products! Most dollar trees are a mess. Every one was very nice, the staff worked as a team to ensure customers were serviced and the register was covered! I will shop there again, even though its farther than the store just minutes away from me. Definitely an enjoyable experience!

I recently found out that there was a dollar tree store located in Sharon, MA and I couldn't have been more delighted! It was one of the best stores in the chain. I have always gone to Foxboro and Easton. Being a long time customer and having shopped at numerous Dollar Tree stores; I found this one to be the best!!! It was so fully stocked and clean, I was under the impression that it was a brand new store! Yet I found out it's been open for almost a year. The staff (Mike and Laura) were both so nice and efficient, it was a pleasure to shop there. It's nice to see that there are still hard working, conscientious and courteous employees!!

The store is always so well organized and very clean. The store manager Laura, Assistant Manager Shelley and Assistant Manager Jackie take such great care of their customers. It is a pleasure to shop there….

The woman named terry is always miserable and super rude. Always slamming things inside the bag. Acts like she hates people and always bothered. She shouldn’t work there is she hates it so much.

This is horrible and just straight disgusting, you guys need to take better care of your store. Very unprofessional to have your store bathrooms open to the public and having it look like a straight disease?.

Horrible service. Went during business hours. All the manager could focus on was closing up and refused to help during work hours.

Multiple times the cashiers have over swiped my items. I told one of the cashiers that she did it too many times. She rudely replied "I know, I took it off a different item. Do you want to count them?" Since I purchased around 50 items and it was busy. I didn't want to hold up the customers behind me.This was the first time. There have been a total of 3 occurrences at this location. Just yesterday, I bought 1 case of 24 can drinks. For some reason they swipe the item individually, instead not once and adding the quantity. After leaving and heading to work, I realized that I bought 40 items and I should not have been chargers $45.40.Honestly, I don't trust the workers at the Sharon Dollar Tree. I've heard the staff openly talking about customers who just left the store. They said things like "That guy is gross, he comes in here all of the time"This is the worst staff, as a whole, that I've ever encountered at a store.I highly advise you to go to a different location. This location DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY.FYI Store hours are not the same as listed on Google or the sign on the door. The store closed at 8pm on a Thursday.

I was in the Dollar Tree this morning in Sharon Mass...I usually love all of these stores and was excited to have a new one to go to. Unfortunately today was NOT a good experience the older woman cashier was ringing me up then another cashier (Christina) came up to her in a rude voice saying "that is my register what are you doing" she preceded to rudely talk down to this woman then called the manager over then he kept telling this older cashier that she should be on this orher register both of those rude persons kept go on and on about what this older cashier did....this cashier kept saying she wss sorry ....the thing that upset me the most was those 2 were doing this infront of customers....not professional esp for this manager.....what happened to being kind to one another... kindness goes a long way...

If I could give this location 100 stars I would. I walked in looking for some glass vases for my wedding next week (yup I am a procrastinator) and when I asked one of the employees where I could find them she led me to a couple of places in the store where they might be. They were not carrying what I was looking for so she brought me to her manager who said she could get an order of them, but wasn't sure if they would arrive on time. The manager then took down my phone number, and stopped at 3 different dollar tree locations on her way home after her shift to see if she could find the vases. She called to update me (she couldn't find them) and was just so incredibly kind. On top of this incredible service, the store was clean, organized, and fully stocked with the cutest stuff! I still ended up spending some good money there. You could tell it was well managed as the employees were all positive, happy, welcoming, and helpful. I will be back!

I was delighted that this store opened up close to me. Very clean store. Today, I had a terrible experience there. After shopping, I placed my things on the cashier that had two associates there. I got no response to my “hello”. Instead, after a minute or two of waiting, the lady rudely said “ my associate is not working right now, she just came back from a break”. I asked where should I go since all other cashiers were empty. She gestured to the one next to us aggressively. I took my things and moved to the other cashier. As soon as I did, the cashier that I was just at opened up again to the customer behind me. I went to the empty cashier and asked who would help me and the same lady grumbled “ that nobody ever works there”. Her manner was beyond rude. I left the store in shock at being treated so aggressively. I decided to return to voice my concern to the manager. Unfortunately, this lady is the manager. I told her I was very disappointed in my experience today. She said she thought I was the one being rude for going to a cashier when the associate had just come back from a break. I have never experienced such blatant hostility from any store associate anywhere let alone a manager. I really hope management looks into this because it really is a shame to have someone like that represent what is otherwise a lovely store.

This is the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree that I have ever seen. No refrigerated section like the one in Foxboro, but a wide variety of other items. Nice employees.
