“Surprised with my stay here. Room was very clean when I arrived. Plenty of space to move around. Check In/Out was very quick. They have street parking style set up but also a little lot towards the back room. Free parking is always a bonus. I believe they may offer some type of breakfast but not sure. But there's food options around and a dunkins within walking distance.”

“Convenient location for Gillette Stadium. The front desk staff, breakfast attendant and housekeepers were great. Clean, comfortable and plenty of well lite parking. These items would earn 5 stars.
Here is where there is room for improvement. The quality of the television picture was not the best. The room has a microwave but the location in the room is awful. You have to sit on the ground to use it. Please move it to counter top.”
“I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mansfield for a short time, and the biggest thing that stood out to me was the staff. Every single person I dealt with at the front desk and even maintenance was genuinely kind and easy to talk to. Not in a fake customer service way either. It felt real. I wish I remembered everyone’s name because they all deserve credit. I do remember Harley, Alyssa, and Brittany, but there were more I am blanking on. I will update this if I find my list.
I had a couple minor issues while I was there, and every time they were handled quickly and professionally without any hassle. That alone goes a long way.
I was also there during a pretty weird in between time in my life and dealing with an injury, so I was not exactly having a smooth week. The way the staff treated me actually made a difference, which is not something I usually say about a hotel.
The rooms are what you would expect. Clean, comfortable, nothing to complain about. But the important part is if something does come up, they are easy to talk to and actually willing to help.
Location is solid too. You have Aroma Joe’s right in the parking lot, plus a nail salon and a liquor store, all within walking distance. If you are on a higher floor, you can see the highway, which is kind of cool in its own way.
There is also a bartender named Steve, pretty sure that was his name. Plays keys, good sense of humor, just a solid guy to have behind the bar.
Overall, this place is worth it because of the people. That is really what stuck with me.”
“Their breakfast blows every other hotel’s out of the water, great job especially to the staff on breakfast duty, everything was always well stocked, clean and organized! The housekeeping staff are wonderful as well as reception. The pool was great, a good size and clean, apparently it’s salt water not chlorinated and I did frequently see staff testing water. Laundromat was handy and gym was good too. It has a mall not too far but it’s not great to be honest, seedy. But location is only short drive to Boston attractions. Highly recommend.”

“The Jane Austen Tea at Endicott House in May 2026 was even better than the March 2025 event.
The food quality improvement was obvious immediately: fresher bread, a much more varied and thoughtfully curated sandwich selection, and several standout savory items—the cucumber & watercress, coronation chicken, turkey & walnut finger sandwiches, and even delightful egg sandwiches.
Olivia’s return as Jane Austen was wonderful; she’s a convincing and charming performer who adds enormously to the experience (and actually plays the harp beautifully).
I also appreciated the thoughtful hospitality touches this year, like being able to help yourself to lemonade, water, or iced tea in addition to the hot tea service—it made the afternoon feel especially welcoming and relaxed.
One of the loveliest aspects is that many guests fully embrace the spirit of the event by dressing in Regency attire, which adds to the fun and makes the whole experience feel delightfully immersive.”
“I travel quite a bit so am not new to the hotel game. Renaissance Boston Patriot Place was above and beyond. I stayed here for a concert and want to go back for a mini-vacation (I live 20 minutes away). Everything was amazing - to be 'home' 15 minutes after the show avoiding all the traffic was only part of the awesomeness. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at Twenty8 were amazing. The patio was so inviting. The rooms were comfy. Thank you for an amazing stay!”

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I knew I was in good hands. The entire property was spotless: clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with pride. These three were so incredible that I honestly feel like I’d be friends with them if I could. They congratulated me on my daughter’s graduation, checked in on me, and made sure I had everything I needed at every step.
And it didn’t stop there.
• The breakfast attendant prepared food with such care and kindness that mornings felt comforting and welcoming.
• The housekeeper kept everything immaculate and was just as friendly and helpful as the rest of the team.
Every single person I encountered treated me with courtesy, warmth, and genuine humanity. They didn’t just provide service — they provided care. They helped me immensely during a meaningful moment in my life, and I will never forget that.
If you’re looking for a hotel that’s clean, well‑located, and comfortable, you’ll find that here. But if you’re looking for a place where the staff treats you like you matter — where kindness is the standard and hospitality feels heartfelt — this is the place.

“This hotel is fantastic. It has a bar, a great gym, an indoor heated pool, and is very modern. It’s the same building as SpringHill which is a little awkward but I’ve stayed here twice.”

“Mrs. Jackie at the front desk is incredibly helpful and takes care of any concerns you may have. This place offers a pool and a weight room, and I haven’t encountered any negative experiences here at all. There’s also a laundry room, which costs $5 to wash and has a free dryer. The beds are incredibly comfortable, as if you’re sleeping on a cloud. And the hotel is very quiet.
The traffic is much better compared to other places. There’s a Walmart, Target, Outback, and several other stores within walking distance of the hotel.”

“The beds and sheets are comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily and smells fresh and orderly. New towels are given everyday with more soap and shampoo etc. they also provide toothbrush toothpaste and other toiletries. Breakfast consisted with foods and coffee beverages like Juice and tea. Complete meal. Lots of choices.”
“The place was perfect room super big with breakfast included but we asked for a late check out next day and next day morning one of the staff members was super rude and disrespectful telling us that we had to check out because no one told her about our late deck out there was no reason for her to be rude at us that’s why I don’t give them more stars please train your staff better”

“Excellent security personnel. I am here staying tonight, and as soon I complained about loud music from the parking lot, the security activated in less than one minute. Before I walked back into my room, the loud music was turned off by the car repair crew in the parking lot. Highly recommend.”
“I've stayeda few times in the last 2 weeks. One room had cocroachws and tinted sheets. I came in from the cold and the heat kept shutting off. Other than that, beds are comfortable, access to fridge and microwave in room gives for a star taken away”

“Just had a pleasant and comfortable 4-night stay to attend the BTS concerts at Gillette Stadium. Kevin and all the front-desk staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The lobby/breakfast area was very clean and well-stocked.
To get to events at Gillette, as long as you know what entrance to use for your parking destination, it’s an easy drive. If you park stadium-side of Route 1, I recommend bringing snacks and just camping out after the event until police allow northbound traffic to exit.”
