This is THE WORST dry cleaners I've ever been to. They ruin your clothes and are very rude . I took in a coat with a few very light stains and they attempted to remove one of the stains which damaged the material. They in turn left the other stains alone in order not to do more damage. The owner didn't tell me this when I went to pick it up. When I got home I saw the stains on the damage and I took it back. I asked for a refund ($20) and she refused. I'm taking this to small claims court because they ruined my $450 coat. WORST DRY CLEANERS BEWARE !Service: Standard cleaning

I went to Sharon Cleaners to clean and preserve my wedding by gown. When I dropped it off I was told it would be ready by the next weekend. When I went to pick up my gown, the employee could not find it anywhere in the store. She attempted to call her boss, but could not figure out where my wedding dress was. I left my name and number and requested a call as soon as my dress was located. The employee came running out to my car as I was leaving the parking lot and told me that my dress was at their other stor OPe as the preservation was taking longer than expected. The next day I received a call from the owner who told me that it was going to take another day to get the dress preserved as they had to order the box. When I went to pick up my dress (over one week after it was promised to be ready), I requested a discount due to the poor communication, anxiety I experienced around my dress being misplaced, and the pick up date being over a week late. The employee called the owner who requested to speak with me. When I got on the phone with her she began yelling at me, refused to discount the cleaning cost, and told me that it was not a big deal because my wedding had already happened. I will never return to Sharon Cleaners due to the poor customer service and poor quality of their work. The owner in particular was disrespectful and unprofessional and the entire experience was stressful. I would not reccomend if you care about being treated fairly as a customer.
