I have never shopped in this store, but I must say Steven Arsenault’s review made a fantastic ChatGPT prompt. I took his review and put it several hilarious scenarios all mimicking the style of his review. Just for that review alone this place has earned a 5 star review. Gone down hill in recent years, the cobbs corner shaws and mansfield shaws always outshine them and are close enough they're worth going to instead nowadays.. but this shaws has also always been an underdog compared to the others as well, it used to have alot of good people who cared workinf there most of who have moved on. Theres still people who care and the store has made some improvments over the years but they still are outshine but other nearby options..

Extremely overpriced!! Even the sale items are high. I ran in Shaw's with a friend who lives in Sharon & was shocked at some of their prices! I shop at Market Basket which is way cheaper & I just couldn't believe how high their prices were, especially with the meats! The store was clean & organized, but couldn't help but notice the rodent traps at the end of the aisles & in the pet food aisle which was bare. The store was neat & organized. ***UPDATE: Again I went there with a friend & we actually saw a mouse run past us near the deli & another one in the pet food aisle!! 😱

Always a good experience. The food is fresh and the shelves are always stocked.
I have not had any problems. They have sale items all the time. The advertised items are usually in stock. Maybe the prices are a bit less than other stores in the area. The help are always friendly.
Try this store in Sharon.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and outrage regarding the service I received today at your store in Sharon. My experience was nothing short of appalling due to the behavior of one of your associates, Michelle. Her conduct was extremely rude and blatantly racist.
As long-time residents of Sharon, we have been loyal customers of Shaws for many years. However, we have never encountered such a shocking display of racism and unprofessionalism. Michelle's behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any workplace, let alone a customer service setting.
This incident reflects very negatively on Shaws as a whole. Allowing an employee like Michelle to continue working there sends a disturbing message about your company's values and stance on racism. I strongly believe that she should be immediately terminated from her position.
I demand that leadership at Shaws reach out to us promptly to address this matter. If we do not receive a satisfactory response, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Your failure to respond would be seen as condoning and empowering such reprehensible behavior.
This situation requires your urgent attention and immediate action. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

I MUST SAY I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT SHAWS FOR YEARS. when they started with digital coupons which i correctly clip every single time it messes up with a mistake. i add up how much it costs as i am doing the order so i know pretty close to the penny what it should be. It is very upsetting that this happens all the time there is a major software issue and its really not fair. but its ok i have taken my business to market basket .ADD YOUR PURCHASES UP TO BE SURE YOU ARENT OVERCHARGED
