My office is in Braintree, our technician Andrew is delightful. Always helpful, curtious, and very business oriented. On schedule, we never have to wonder when is he arriving. He’s definitely appreciated on how he enjoys his duties, to help me enjoy my day. Once again. Thanks to shred it & Andrew.

Literally never show up when they are supposed to and then charge you for not showing up. All customer support is outsourced as an FYI.

Calling this company was a mistake! The customer service has to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
It took a month to schedule, then they cancelled or rescheduled two times but they don’t notify you, they simply don’t show up. They are the most expensive in the area and the worst service ever! Beware!

I have been a Shred-it customer for many years. We have the service at my business. The drivers are polite and professional when making our pick-ups. Once I had a minor billing issue, but they took care of that quickly.

Couldn't manage to pickup at our location at the right time or date despite calling and working directly with customer service. Over charged on invoices and couldn't get corrected statements from their office. Another example of a big business buying all the smaller companies and ruining the service in the name of their own greed. Discontinued service and looking for a smaller vendor who cares about the customer.

Great service! Best way to get in contact with them is submitting an email request online. The sales rep called me immediately and got me set up that day! Easy, simple, flexible and fast.

I originally contacted this company about doing business with them a couple years ago. After realizing it doesn’t make sense to contract them for shredding unless it’s a massive/recurring job, we said thanks for the quotes and moved on....or so we thought! Over the past few months, they’ve been spamming my email out of control. I’ve been receiving weekly emails specifically from Jeffrey Lenroy, Inside Sales Executive. Even though every email has a link at the bottom that says “Click here to be removed from our mailing list”, don’t be fooled into thinking that’ll work... I’ve clicked it on a few separate emails and still continue to receive the marketing junk mail. I then replied to Jeffey’s email asking politely to be removed from future communications lists, with no response. A second reply email to his next marketing email a couple weeks later still hasn’t fixed the issue, since I got another junk email from him today.
This company may provide professional shredding services, but be ware of their frustrating & unavoidable marketing practices after you initially give them your information!

My husband and I had to shred 6 bags of old paperwork. The cost was reasonable, charging per bag. They take your privacy very seriously because they only let you into a small room where you wait for them to process your payment. Then you meet them out back with the bags and they shred everything. We'll be going back there again.
