I received a $450 gift card from my employees for Christmas in 2019 which I was pretty excited about because I love wine! Then Covid hit and I lost track of the gift certificate until March of 2022 when I redeemed it online (Note that the gift card has an expiration date of December 17, 2026 printed on it). When the shipment of wine and other items never showed up, I tried to contact VINOvations many times by phone, email, and online to no avail for many months. Finally, I did receive a reply thru their website in that they were looking into the issue, but they never replied again even after I pinged them several times. It now looks like my employees' thoughtful $450 gift was basically stolen by VINOvations. However, I will continue to write to them in an effort to resolve the matter, and I will continue to write bad reviews until it is resolved!Based on my experience, I would say that this is a business that everyone should stay away from!

I would give this business ZERO stars if I could. I ordered six bottles of very expensive wine from VINOvations and opened the first bottle a couple of weeks after delivery only to find that it was corked. At that time, I opened a second bottle, a third, fourth, fifth and sixth only to find that they were all corked. I immediately contacted VINOvations requesting a refund and provided clear pictures of all of the bottles. They took eight days to reply, only to conveniently say that the shipping insurance that they provide expired the day before they sent their reply and that I would have to take up a claim with the insurance company directly. Given the fact that I had reported the damaged bottles prior to the insurance expiration date, I requested to speak with a manager multiple times...and never heard from them again. UNACCEPTABLE customer service. DO NOT DO PURCHASE from them!

Two years ago my daughter bought me a bottle of wine from a different town from where we live. I don’t drink red wine often but this was particularly good and I wanted to buy some again. I looked high and low until just recently on VINOvations I discovered they carried it!! I was delighted! I ordered two bottles which were delivered within 2 weeks and in perfect condition. I highly recommend VINOvations!! I will buy from them again in the future!!!

LOVE this industrial, chic space! And I love the assortment of wines on tap. I have been to a few events here, and it has easily become one of my favorite outings. We have also hosted a bridal shower here, I will have to update my review with photos. It felt elevated and unique to have chosen such a location - highly recommend.

They know their wine! And have great pairings with other local vendors!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is the worst! The owner either has a personality disorder or is addicted to drugs. He talks a good game, but it's nothing but lip service. He runs a very sketchy business I'm guessing is a cover for some serious illegal activity. They will take your money, then will not send your order and completely ignore your communication. And don't even think about trying to book an event at this place. They are a complete rip off and will price gouge you every step of the way. AWFUL!

Sometimes you just get lucky. We had a major family event the weekend of the Patriots playoff weekend. We could not get a restaurant to allow us to reserve a room anywhere in the area. A friend of ours told us about Vinovations. Trish at Vinovations proposed an event that included wine tasting and food that worked for both our budget and timing. We had family in from all over the country. The venue provided for great social interactions and mingling. Everyone loved the food and the chance to taste many different wines. The staff was very attentive.

Omg. Worst place ever. Never ever use this place. I am hoping i don't even have to give it one star. The owner is awful. Would never do business with them again. Be careful who you talk to. You never know who knows who. I consider myself a wine snob and this company does not offer the best information for great wines.

I just had an atrocious experience with Vinovations US ! They are unprofessional people who call you 3 hours before our event and threaten us for more money otherwise they cancel the Premier Sushi rolling class that was supposed to be hosted by one of our pregnant Host Chef Instructor Katharina Quecke tonight. The agreement never said a minimum number they would require. They told us we don't have enough number when we sold 6 tickets and we were completely fine to go ahead and host this event as this is a special event and people will be bummed if we cancel this event. The staff Lynn Stevenson had email exchanges this morning confirming the event with my Chef, but 3 hours before the event this man names Stuart (not sure) literally threaten me to cancel this event or we pay more money even when I said customers are important to us and its a valentine's day event. I feel people have stopped doing good business or lost humanity. We are a startup trying to empower several women and immigrants to share cultural diversity via food, instead of supporting us they literally created a bad reputation by cancelling our event and also a loss to my pregnant chef who spent the whole day prepping. Shame on you Vinovations US!
