Love all of the workers. But my god this place has the worst system for getting people in and out. You can walk in with 2 people in front of you and be there for 20 minutes. They have people come to the counter and figure out what they want and take there sweet time. Other places have you go to a kiosk first then in line when ready to pay. Not zen leaf. Slowest dispensary in mass by farrrrrr

Caroline is a phenomenal person. Forget about employee. Stupendous service with a smile. They could be having the worst day on the planet and still ensure you are taken care of and feeling better than when you walked in. In a time when many are struggling Caroline continues to be a shining beacon of hope and inspiration. 10/10 give Caroline a raise. Then another. She is making far less than she deserves and I don’t even know the pay structure.
