Updated October 2025: I’ve come here for my last three inspections, but this time they failed me for an issue that had passed the previous three times at Bachetti's. I’m concerned about inconsistency between technicians and the lack of uniform standards for the inspections.

I had a very good experience buying a car from Bachetti's Auto Sales. Art was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with me answering all my questions. He had a great deal of patience. I now have a very nice car. The car received full service and all four tires were replaced and put on before payment. Greg and Leeann were so nice and helpful as well as the whole Bachetti's team. I am happy I have a local business that I can bring my car to when I have questions or for future repairs when needed.

This review is only for the Auto Repair, not sales. From my personal experience and others, it’s clear they are great for basic repairs, but lack the skills or desire to tackle, advanced problems with your car. In the past six months, they have let me down twice, once by misdiagnosing a problem, charged me $600 for a repair which did not even fix my original problem. Then more recently not being able to figure out what was wrong with my car saying “we have no idea what’s wrong with it”.
Overall, Bachettis is a good place, my family has been coming here for decades, but It’s obvious there auto diagnosing skills are lacking.

Buying a car from Art is like buying a car from the uncle you wish you had. Art made the experience easy, and actually enjoyable. He seems to genuinely be interested in who his customers are, and I was already signing the paperwork and ready to buy the car as is when he let me know that they were going to replace the tires for me. No extra cost! He also had the battery replaced for me and was upfront about it from the start. If you want a smooth buying experience with people who treat you like family (the good kind!), go talk to Art. Highly recommend him and Bachetti’s!

Absolutely will 100% recommend Bachetti's Auto Sales for purchasing a vehicle. The reason I chose this company was because of the amount of great reviews. When I met the staff in person, I knew I was going to find my perfect car.
Now I'm adding my own experience! Greg, Art and LeeAnn (office), and Junior in the shop are ALL so accommodating, friendly and so helpful! I will never shop at a big box dealership again.....It also makes me happy keeping the business within our own local community. This is a family run business that you really should check out before shopping anywhere else!

Needed a new car and found great service and a 2018 Honda HRV with only 20,000 for a good price. Greg gave a discount. Art was so thorough, patient, detailed and extremely pleasant and enjoyable to work with. As was Leeann who did all the paperwork. Can't recommend it highly enough.
