“Stopped in to replace a windshield wiper blade. Not only did they help me find the right ones, but came out and installed them on a cold, snowy day! Thank you!”
“They were great for helping my housemate get her totalled car sorted. The front desk folks were kind and respectful, and the back of house mechanics went above and beyond to salvage what we could from the car.”
“Got a good used vehicle through Cartelli Ford of Greenfield. Was treated fairly and had a great experience with this dealership and specifically the salesperson.”
“The woman that took my call was very knowledgeable and was able to find exactly what I needed. Picked up the part the next morning and it was in the condition promised! Highly recommend this place if you're having a hard time finding parts!”
“I tried 4 body shops before Cartelli, none could get it in by the time I requested. Drove 45 minutes to Cartelli after being told a 3 day turnover. I was thrilled!! Car was done in 3 days, also they cleaned my whole interior!!! Highly recommend this shop!
It was well worth the distance traveled.”

“Whether it be Matt, Joe, Rick, or any other of the carquest guys they are all helpful. Also the accountants are very nice and always happy to assist with any concerns. Best parts store in the pioneer valley and other areas I’m sure!”

“I love getting my parts here I know they're top quality parts I wont go to other Auto parts stores like I used to because they've made several mistakes and gave me the wrong parts Plus their parts are not as durable and made as well as Napa parts price wise I have paid less at Napa anyways on most parts”

“They have great customer service, often emailing me when there's a cheaper shipping option available for my order all the way to Washington. They offer great parts and I've used them at least 12 times now.”
