My package seemed to be lost and the tracking number was missing. But the postmaster (postmistress?) kindly did some fancy detective work and located it at the destination’s post office after an attempted delivery failed and no notice was given for pick up. It was artwork for a gallery exhibition. Whew! Thank you!

I'm from a place you cannot even call the local post office. Not only did I get a prompt answer, but received great service and a solution to my problem.

I recently moved to shelburne falls, I have called down a couple times to the post office asking them to hold my mail for various reasons, I asked them if I could pick it up, they were courteous and friendly, I had a little anxiety because I had dealt with turners falls ma post office in the past and they treated people horribly.
