“Last month I found the perfect handbag to replace my favorite bag that has reached “over-loved” status. It even came in the right olive color! I found it online at ENJOY and ordered it. And then the next day got a call that it was out of stock and expected in November. I was given the option of waiting for it to come in or having my payment refunded. This was a shop I wasn’t familiar with, so while the situation was not ideal, I was impressed that the owner called me personally and gave me options. I chose to wait and received my new bag yesterday. It was exactly as expected, meticulously wrapped and shipped when expected. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful shop and its owner, Joy, who really cares about her customers - THANK YOU!!!”
