She spent over a half hour talking with me to set up a new account after 22 years off of my mother's. It was sad to see my account go from 22 to 0. But that's a me problem. She was wonderful. “Years and years ago, I was a part of Sovereign Bank. And you know what, there were no issues with it. But then I came to the consensus when my life started getting increasingly busy and the time I had to go to the bank was minimal. Sure, there was (and still is) a Sovereign/Santander in my own town rather than driving out of town, however banking at my normal supermarket was much more ideal. This Citizens Bank location sits inside the Walpole Super Stop&Shop along Route 1A in Walpole. There is a Citizens Bank in almost every single Stop&Shop, which also contributed to my decision of switching to Citizens (as my favorite supermarket, that I shop the most frequently is Stop&Shop). It's open much later than most other bank chains in the area. Monday through Friday they are open 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm. The regular team of guys who work here are always happy, energetic and always joking around. Huge bin of lollipops, barely ever a line, and great policies and benefits (especially in comparison to Sovereign / Santander!) 5 stars for this Citizens Bank!”

“Came here because it was closer to me than my usual barbershop, and I have been coming here since! The barbers here are very friendly and so talented. I wish I knew of this place before. Also I just want to say thank you to Habib, not only is he super talented but he is also so nice and understanding. I brought my dad here once, but was super hesitant because he has cancer and I was worried about exposing him to Covid. Habib had no issue wearing a mask to make both my dad and I feel comfortable. Till this day, he always asks' me about my father. The people here are just really nice and honest, definitely give them a try sometime, they will not disappoint. They are kid friendly, and also give the nicest fades in the area!”

“Great experience opening my new Checking/Savings Account. Jonathon F. Really did a fantastic job at making something possibly quite difficult very simple; just the way I like it. Zelle is already built into the App. Debit card is mailed out to you. 100$ to open a Personal Checking 100$ to open a Savings. No dumdums, but they have water :D”

“The ATM is located down a set of stairs that is between Louis Vuitton and the bathroom, once down the stairs you it is to your left. You can also see it when entering the mall from that area through the parking garage. There's a huge LED Chase logo, you can't miss it.”
