Back to You is the absolute best place to go for physical therapy! I've been twice over the years for two unrelated issues and both times, Courtney really did get me back to 100% in a lasting way. She is very thoughtful and dynamic with how she builds a treatment plan, and her plans always involve a healthy mix of in-office and at-home exercises. At our last appointment, she even helped me make a sustainable long-term set of home exercises to prevent re-injury. I have been able to overcome injury and achieve so many of my distance running goals thanks to Courtney and the team at Back to You. If you choose them, they will do you right!

My 14YO daughter has been going to Courtney off and on for 2 years now for various injuries, whether minor muscle pain or sprained/fractured ankle and we have had amazing experiences every time. Highly recommend.

As a 65-year-old Volleyball athlete I have had many different injuries . I just returned from Dallas where I played in the USAV National open 65s division. In large part I owe that to the kind folks at back to you physical therapy.A few months ago I tore my hamstring. They brought me right back into great shape. And I am much appreciative and would highly recommend them

Back to You is simply the BEST! I have been a patient there three times over the last ten years, most recently this winter and spring as I trained for the Boston Marathon. Without Courtney and everyone at Back to You, I would not have be able to complete my first marathon. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I can't recommend Back to You enough! Courtney is one of my favorite people ever!

I am an active 62 year old woman with many orthopedic surgeries and issues- hips, knees, finger, shoulder and foot. I found Back To You 3 years ago now and am so very grateful. They are the reason why I have been able to remain so active.I have seen many PT’s over the years, many of them quite skillful, however the care I have received at Back To You is unparalleled. Here’s why - the expertise and knowledge of the clinicians at BTY, is EXCEPTIONAL (check out their credentials). Beyond their skill, their willingness and dedication to resolving and addressing the source of your pain is impressive. And bonus - the atmosphere is welcoming, warm, even fun however never less than professional. Go! You won’t regret it and your body will thank you!

I've turned to Back to You Physical Therapy for help with injuries on several occasions and can't speak highly enough about their services. The atmosphere is both pleasant and professional. After each session, I walk out feeling better than when I walked in. Between the various therapies and careful attention to teaching you how to exercise correctly, Carol and her team really do help you get "back to you."

Back To You Physical Therapy really lives up to its name! Without their consistent effort, high quality exercises, patience and devotion to success, I would not be where I am today. They are always on time, friendly, easy to book appointments with, a new and clean office and extremely knowledgeable. I had a major surgery to have my ankle fused after three previous surgeries. I did not have a good recovery because my achilles tendon had shortened during surgery and while I was in a cast it got even worse (an unfortunate side effect). My doctors said I would have to get another surgery to lengthen my achilles. I was not making a lot of progress with my foot and had little motion because my achilles was restricting my ankle movement. Courtney was determined to avoid surgery for me at all costs since I had already spent two months in a cast. She worked her magic and although it was painful, I pulled through and made significant gains defying the odds of surgery and gaining most of my motion back in my foot. I have had four foot surgeries and have gone to four different physical therapy offices but, Back To You has clearly been the best! I highly recommend them and with such a major surgery I wouldn't trust anyone else!

I was doing physical therapy for about a month at another hospital for a pinched nerve and knotted muscles in my shoulder, and not much was helping. Then a buddy of mine recommended I come here to do dry needling and an adjustment. I came in for one single treatment and left feeling a little sore, but the sting from the pinched nerve was gone. A few days later I was feeling much better and almost ready to get back in the gym. It has been a little over a month since my session with Dr. Putnam at Back To You and I am feeling like myself again. I am back in the gym and able to work out and go on runs without any pain. I would highly recommend this place.

I had sustained an injury roughly three years ago that had prevented me from doing any kind of physical activity without pain. I was told that this was something I would just need to cope with for the rest of my life. After one session with Dr. Putnam and his staff, physical activity is more tolerable and daily activities do not cause me any more pain. Dr. Putnam sets realistic and obtainable goals that have improved my quality of life tremendously. He is the only Physical Therapist I will ever go to due to the high quality of care he provides to his clients. I cannot recommend him enough

Fantastic care! I had a running knee injury about 4 y ago and now major tear to ankel ligaments. I was told by orthopedists that surgery was likely or necessary. Some also suggested to do PT after resting and stabilizing the area and using icing and antifinlammatories. At Back to you Physical Therapy, Carol is great at assessing, manipulating, massaging painful areas, and getting you back on your feet! After a few months of therapy, surgery was averted in both cases. Home exercises along with yoga on site over the years allowed for complete healing. I really recommend Carol and her team!!!!!!!
