“Took my new tires in to be mounted. I made an appointment in advance. They took my vehicle in immediately upon my arrival even though I was early. The price was right! Very affordable. The staff is very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!”
“I would highly recommend Tom’s automotive. A few weeks back my radiator blew so I had my vehicle towed to Tom’s. I had them put in a new thermostat as that needed to be replaced as well. I got my car back and drove all the way to work again and it overheated again. I called and talked to Mike and he had Aldrich come all the way to Andover to pick up my vehicle and paid for the tow and everything. Turns out the (brand new) thermostat was junk if you can believe it. Tom’s was amazing and stood by their workmanship which was not their fault… couldn’t believe it and would highly recommend them. I truly hope they got compensated by the manufacturers warranty on the junk thermostat as it was not Tom’s fault whatsoever.”

“What can I not say about this place? The receptionist is now my best friend in the entire world, the work done? Phenomenal. I would recommend A &P auto in Fitchburg to anyone who needs help. My 2017 Subaru engine went while driving and I was towed there , completely in disarray and was met with nothing but kindness and support. “A humble facility, but staffed with great people. Just after Christmas I developed a slow leak in my Audi’s tire. The folks fixed the leak in less than 10 minutes and didn’t charge a dime!!!
Today I got 4 new tires on my Dodge Ram, they ]got them on and balanced in about 20 minutes. Plus’s a free lug nut check in 2-3 days.

“Can’t recommend this shop enough. As someone with a lowered and modified car, it can be hard to find a shop willing or able to align my car. A&B is able to accommodate my car and works with me to adjust parameters to take advantage of my modifications and achieve a more aggressive alignment than stock. Every alignment I’ve gotten from them has been fantastic and always leaves me amazed at how much an alignment can change the way a car drives. I greatly appreciate having this shop around.”

“I have had two incredible experiences with Firestone in Leominster. My first experience was with James to replace my tires. I explained what I was looking for and he provided options explaining the difference between them. The tires I chose weren't in stock at his location but he made a call, found the tires, had them delivered to this location and notified me when they had arrived setting up time that same day to have them done. Not only was I extremely pleased with the service, the tires are great as well!
When the tires were done, I asked to take a look at the brakes. I had two conflicting opinions (not from Firestone). Not only did they take the time to look at the brakes, they provided me with an overview and estimate. I scheduled an appointment for the brakes and received the same outstanding service with Ramon and James.
I would highly recommend Firestone. These were my first experiences and I was not disappointed with the services and the cost was within the range I was expecting. Great job Firestone!”
“This location didn’t have the tires my husband and I needed alternatively we would have preferred they did but we were willing to travel to Fitchburg to get the tires we needed because it would be one day wait but we couldn’t wait the extra day on how our tires looked therefore we went.
What was surprising is they both customer service rep and manager were willing to bring it in tomorrow because they lived out that way that’s customer service!”
