“Fran and his team made what was a horrible and tragic accident, into a happier ending. While on our way to golf sunday morning, a family of deer jumped in front of us. Two missed us, but two ran directly into my passenger side fender and door. Air bags came out, glass was broken everywhere, but thankfully no one was hurt and the deer walked away. Our car was towed to FJS in lancaster ma. That Monday I went down and spoke with owner Franny, he was a consummate gentleman the entire time. Patiently he walked my wife and i threw the process of filing a claim, making sure the proper parts were paid for and that the paint matched upon completion. 5 business days later, we went to pick up the vehicle, and as cliche as it sounds, it looked better than new. No one hopes to be in an accident, but if you ever are or just need body work done to your car, this should be your first spot. Thank you for your all your help, its nice to see good people out there still exist.”
