Went there for my prom nails and the nails only lasted a week. Before I removed them, one nail broke off, so I decided to get it fixed because the rest hadn’t fallen off yet. The lady who repaired the nail was terrible. Was obviously in a rush, burned me with the heated up filer TWICE, and the French came out sloppy and messy. Would never go back.

My gel maintenance didn’t even last a day! I got my nails done on Thursday and on Friday one nail chipped. I do not think it is right to pay $55 (plus tip) for gel manicure and for it to not even last a week! Very disappointing!

I was overcharged for my nails, and to make matters worse, I also gave them a $10 tip. I am planning to contact the Better Business Bureau to investigate their services. It's unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. I did give the young lady a $10 tip, but my nails only cost $30. This kind of behavior will only hurt their business in the long run. I work hard for my money, and it's outrageous to be overcharged like this.

I went there to get my acrylics removed and instead of soaking & taking them off properly. The girl used another nail tip to rip & pry them of my nail. It hurt, I was visibly uncomfortable and it ruined my nails.

This is the only salon where my nails don't chip! They last forever. They are so nice and clean. I won't go anywhere else!

As a newer resident of Shrewsbury I've tried either making an appointment over the phone or going as a walk in. The employees barely pay attention to you when you walk through the door. Asking "does anyone have time for a service" only 10 minutes past opening and only response is "no" rather than suggesting a time that does work. Do not recommend this salon to anyone new to the area. Last time I attempt to give them business, very unwelcoming. Divine Nails in Webster is a bit far but highly recommend!

The cleanest nail salon I've seen in 10 years. Very well lit and spaced for safety and convenience. Polite staff that runs like a Swiss clock, and that was before I got into Ivy's chair. Efficient and pleasant young lady who took very good care of me from removal of old polish to drying my lovely purple toenails. Scrubbing the bottom of my feet and lower legs was relaxing. I will definitely return to Awesome Nails and ask for Ivy.

Never will go here again Natural Nails should be less expensive than acrylics. I brought people here because prior experience was okay but this time we all felt overcharged. Happy Nails on Washington is way cheaper and friendlier!!!

I followed my nail tech here from a previous salon as I just adore her and her work. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. The dip works great, much improved from when I first tried it. Of course, with Covid, I haven't been in ever as they were closed. The only thing that I don't enjoy here is the parking. It's very tight. If you have to go around to the back, good luck to you if you have a larger vehicle. And don't park in the dry cleaners area.
