I've been buying mulch from Bark Unlimited for years. The quality of the mulch is very good and the pricing is competitive. Delivery is always on time and the drivers are extremely good with accommodating placement requirements. This year I bought 16 yards. Ryan, the driver, was incredibly helpful in placing it exactly where I needed it. I highly recommend them!

Showed up Saturday at 12:50 to get a yard of stone. Closed. Employee actually walked out and didn’t say anything to me as I was obviously parking/walking in to pay.

Have done lots of pickups on-sight with my truck for loam, crushed gravel, mulch...always easy to do and helpful advice from the front desk. We have also had a delivery one time, and it was brought in a timely manner and piled where we requested by the driveway. They have helped us over the spring and summer with many landscaping and gardening projects, and we plan to keep coming back!

Ordered mulch and loam and was extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the price. The product was delivered on time and exactly where I wanted them to drop it. I would highly recommend.

After one load dropped off.. the driver felt he "worked" to hard unloading in our indoor arena..The next day he was going to bring a smaller truck to make it easier..He came the next morning with same truck and instructed us that we needed to find a place outside for him to dump.Waited for call back seeing we had hired excavators on premise to level the footing.. ..no care from the rude owner.

Bark Unlimited has since been a great place to get pellets. The delivery person is personable and thoughtful on where to place the pellets. The last few years we had had a few bad bags of pellets on each pallet. We returned the bags which where replaced with out a problem,

We picked up wood chips for animal pens. Jeff and the team were super helpful (incl. a free donut for our little guy)! Great quality mulch - our animals love it. Couldn't have had a better experience ??

I’ve ordered both Stone and Wood Pellets from BarkUnlimited in the past, and have always been happy with the quality of the product, the delivery service, and the customer service they have provided me. I have a steep driveway that can sometimes present delivery challenges. This has never been an issue for Bark as they come prepared with the right machinery to get the materials/product to the top of the driveway. On the occasion that I had to work with the customer service team on rescheduling a delivery or what not, they’ve been very responsive and provided a quick solution. For example, today I forgot to select pallet jack service on my online pellet order. All my fault, but a quick phone call to the front desk and the customer service team dispatched Justin who delivers the pellets. Justin went out of his way to swing by a second time in the same day with what was needed to successfully complete the delivery. Excellent customer service!
