At a time when larger banks treated me like just another number, Mike and his team led with humanity, hope, and compassion — bringing warmth and generosity to a process that is often cold and transactional. Mike even attended my closing on his day off, a gesture that moved me to tears and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. Central One is the real deal: a bank that truly cares about people and invests in their dreams.

My experience started off great. I refinanced my auto loan thru them with a great rate. However as of last month they started charging a additional fee of 20 dollars to process my payment via phone. I have paying paying this way for over two years now seeing how their app is poorly designed difficult to use. They did however confirm that if I had a Central one bank account a fee would not be charged. This is big banking taking advantage of its customers. I honestly thought they were a better than this.

My card information got stolen in Worcester while getting gas, they called me before I even got back in my car from getting gas to let me know there was a charge on my account of $130 and they denied it. Saved me so much of a hassle denying that charge and calling me immediately! I called on their off hours and they took care of it, I could not love this place more!

Been a member for about 15 yrs....used to be open 7 till 5 every day and until 1 on Saturday...also a couple of days a little later than 5....now it's 830 to 430 and noon on Saturday...why not just open 10 to 1.....people have to work for a living

All branches are closed due to a storm, yet the hours on Google maps don’t reflect this. Chick filet is open but all Central One branches are closed.. least you can do is notify your customers who are working and driving in the snow

My debit card was stolen. Fraudulent charges of $600 were made. The bank never paid me back, and refused to give me a new debit card.

Absolutely the best bank/credit union. I have move across country and remained tied to COFCU for a reason. Nobody takes care of their people like they do. Banking is easy. I’ve had loans from there and get top notch care. Melody has been my go to for everything. Her attention and help is the best. She’s quick to respond and professional yet friendly and kind.

I have been a member for a about 10 years and I love doing my banking here. I have my bank accounts, auto loans, and HELOC with Central One and I've never had any issues whatsoever. Everyone I talk to are always so helpful and you can tell they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend!
