This is my third bad experience at this location. We have been going to this location for more than a year. Lately, the customer service standards hit rock bottom. Girls who are making the order don't listen to what customer is saying. They make mistakes and we had to tell them repeatedly or go back in the line again for their mistake. On this occasion, the girl who made kids quesadilla did not put chicken in it even though I told her many times before she toasted it. I saw it and asked her why she didn't put it, she didn't answer but impolitely threw some chicken as a side in the container. Didn't speak a word. When we get to the paying counter, the other girl charged extra for the chicken. I paid for it without noticing but realized there and then asked her. She argued that there is chicken in the Quesadilla and there is extra chicken in the side. She didn't listen when I explained that there wasn't chicken in the quesadilla. She impolitely said loudly that there is a big line behind you and I have to go all the way back to make another one for you. I left without saying anything but waited around. Once the line got shortened, I opened the quesadilla and showed a different girl who was at the counter then. She said it was a mistake and refunded.Once in the past, they charged for Gucamole even though I didn't get it. I realized it after leaving the store but didn't mind it.This keeps happening and making me think if I should go to this store again.

No matter what you do.. don't go to this chipotle. Huge wait times, small portions, and often the chipotle bowls in the pickup shelf will be missing / stolen.

Chris, the manager, was so nice. He diffused what could've been a heated situation with an unruly customer. Kudos to Chipotle for hiring such awesome staff!!

The first time I came to Chipotle and tried Mexican food, I found it very delicious. I'm Asian. When I first came here, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to eat it, but after trying a few dishes, I found they were very suitable for me and especially the restaurant is clean. beautiful, polite staff and quick service, I see that the restaurant also has a lot of orders being delivered quickly, here at mealtime there are many customers who come to buy takeout and eat on the spot. , my whole family tried it and they all found it delicious even though it was their first time experiencing Mexican food. I will come back to this restaurant with my friends.

No water cups, closes before posted hours, poor service, don’t take cash sometimes, always out of fajita, bags that rip and tofu that has made me throw up which never happens. $10-20 bowl just not worth it. Try to upsell you, don’t accept coupons from the app properly. Chipotle is going down hill - been here since the location opened and I can’t recommend going. The four times I went this year it was a poor experience every single time. The management is not apologetic for mistakes, and the customer service support online is not either.Vegetarian options: Don’t bother.

Food tastes like it was from the day before the rice is super hard and nothing taste fresh. On top of that they try to upsell you at the register and don’t give out water cups.

I recently visited the Chipotle located at 1 Oak St in Westborough at 8:30 pm, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the store's advertised closing time of 11:00 pm, the staff was already in the process of shutting down for the night. This not only made the atmosphere rushed and unwelcoming but also led to several service issues.Most notably, I was unable to use the soda fountain after purchasing a drink. This was particularly frustrating as I had already paid for the beverage with the expectation of self-service. Additionally, when I ordered a bowl, I found that there were no utensils available for customers. When I inquired about this, the staff informed me that they also had no baskets available for eating on-site.Overall, the lack of essential amenities and the premature closing procedures made for a very disappointing visit. The unavailability of basic items like soda and utensils, and the misleading operating hours, significantly impacted my dining experience. Based on this visit, I have serious reservations about returning to this location in the future.

The staff do not know how to operate the register, and they will always give you the smallest portion of food possible unless you ask for more. Chipotle corporate actually trains their employees to serve as little food as possible now, so this is to be expected. The company is a shadow of its former self.If you plan on getting double meat, you better be ordering in person, because you will definitely not receive double meat from an online order.
