They never correctly autofill prescriptions, always have issues with every perscription thats gone through them. Half of them dont flow correctly to this location and the other half of them they just chose not to fill. They randomly pick people to help, they dont go by lines at the pharmacy for people who have waited. Overall most their staff is really rude. Avoid this CVS.

I stopped by the store on Monday morning at 8:10 and it was still closed. The woman who opened the store late did not apologize, instead, she asked me if I had an emergency and went on to say that she was by herself in the store. Then she walked away and when I picked up my item and went to the counter, she wasn’t there. I had to walk out of the store without making any purchase. This is terrible customer service.

Bathroom was disgusting. No soap or towels to dry your hands. Dirt rings on the sink and toilet hadn’t been cleaned in probably a month. The cleaning log just sits there, not filled out because no one cleans the bathroom for the customers. When I told the employee that was by the door doing the NYX makeup display, and advised the employees in the pharmacy cannot wash their hands properly, he looked at me and said very aggressively, “Did you go into the employee bathroom? Well that one’s spotless, the employees have a different bathroom!”I then asked so the customers don’t get a clean bathroom? “They do I will check it after I’m done!” I let him know that’s how people get sick and puts the employees at risk for getting sick. And when I told him I won’t be back he said “Ok good!”
John the supervisor said he didn’t know who was working in his store. That’s lie and we both know it. He said he thinks his name was Andrew but that’s probably a lie as well. Only been here 3 weeks and my neighborhood cvs reminds me of the only cvs in Reno, NV that’s down town and doesn’t sell alcohol. Imagine what going into that CVS is like, and that’s Shrewsbury for ya! CVS will never get another $$ from me. Another step closer to chapter 11 cvs.

My wife just got home from this location. She was at the register waiting 5 minutes for help. A tall man finally came and was very rude to her and other customers. Then proceeded to tell her to “get out of his way” while he went to help someone at self checkout. Extremely rude employee, we will be using another cvs location.

If I can give the pharmacy a less rating I’d give it no stars.
Their customer service is horrible they lack patience and understanding towards customers.
There lack inventory and suggest to provide less then prescriptions call for or else as if it’s there decision not the doctors.
This place is horrible all around please avoid this location by all means

Shrewsbury CVS (Across from Walgreens) Pharmacy staff is slow, rude and do not speak to all customers in a professional manner. I do not appreciate things I have heard and seen on more than one occassion. Perscriptions take forever to arrive when shipped. Often run out of medication that I rely on for my diabetes. have move to Price Chopper - GREAT service there and really kind and pleasant staff.

The cashier / store saleswoman , was absolutely outstanding. Her help , resourcefulness and can do attitude were amazing. She helped me out with what turned out to be a very challenging photo card issue.

Took the whole family for vaccines, smooth check-in, no wait. Bernice was a pro giving the vaccines! First time the kids haven’t had to be restrained to get a vaccine. Thank you Bernice!

Terrible and shame on CVS for not supervising the gift cards!!! I received a $200 gift card for Xmas just to find out when trying to use it it was already wiped out by thieves. CVS did rectify issue even though there was proof of purchase from them.

Terrible location. Had to find a medicine for my son and they were the only place. Inconvenient hours, and just rude and unhelpful staff. As if they are doing me a favor for being there.
