The pharmacy was over a month late filling my Insulin prescription, and were dismissive when asked about updates on when it would be ready. They then proceeded to loose my insurance information and require me to pay the full cost or go without Insulin until they could resolve the issue.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can’t speak to the pharmacy unless you wait 45 min. The staff is incompetent and is completely unable to answer questions or assist. Once they answer they put you on hold for another 10 minutes. Avoid at all costs.

The wait times at this store is unacceptable. Had to wait for more than 45 minutes at the drive through at this store (197 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, MA 01545) at 9:30 PM on a weekday. This has happened multiple times. This store and most CVS stores seems to be understaffed on the pharmacy counters. There are always long lines even inside the store fir the pharmacy.

Please keep in mind that this is a review after 6 months of toleration. By far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. It's embarrassing to the CVS brand to allow so many employees under the same roof give the impression they all hate their jobs so much that it shows to every customer walking in. (1) When we show up to pick up a prescription, half of the supplies are out of order, even though the entire prescription is said to be complete and ready for pick-up. (2) Customers wonder around the store looking to speak to an employee while there's at least one outside having a smoke. (3) The 2nd shift employees seem to hate their jobs the most because they are the least helpful and more dismissive. Going back to Walgreens because it's the closest alternative, but I know there are other CVS pharmacies further out with better service. Not all pharmacies are created equal, thank goodness.

This place is awful. They mess up prescriptions, make you wait forever and are very poorly run. My young daughter was in urgent care tonight and prescribed medication. I purposely waited 2 hours to make sure it would be filled when I went there. Of course it was not ready!!! They said they could expedite it for me!!! Uhh. Ok, apparently 2 hours isn't long enough. The only good thing about this place is that it's open 24 hours!

Saturday night. 8:20 PM. I called the pharmacy and stayed on the phone waiting for 10 full minutes. The same music they have had for the past 10+ years played with the same static. The melodic announcers voice said "all of our customer representatives are busy helping other customers. stay on the line and someone will be with you momentarily." I finally hung up.

By far the WORST CVS location. The help is clueless, the manager is miserable and be prepared to wait in line for at least 20 minutes even if there is only one person in front of you.

Ouch. This will be our last trip to this particular CVS. The pharmacist I saw was named Kevin, and when I asked for his last name, everyone was ignorant. I had a paper with instructions from urgent care, and it sure looked like a prescription (Directions, signatures, the works), but Kevin made sure to be condescending and yell at me during our conversation. I love having tears in my eyes at the pharmacy. On a good point, while I was talking to a colleague, and he approached me. I told him not to talk to me because he treated me like garbage. It's the small victories. Maybe I will get my prescription tomorrow.

Horrible customer service. Today was the second time they refused to accept their own coupon claiming that it was issued to a different card. When I called a manager, she refused to do anything other than to give me their corporate #, when I asked for her name, she even refused to serve me claiming that I threatened her. I am literally speechless!

Drove to the drive up window at CVS Pharmacy. Only to wait and then wait some more to have no one assist you. Then to go inside and join the line of people waiting to get there meds and be told to wait. Frustrating that they can't handle a few people or hire the staff.

The parking lot is always a mess and today I tried out their curbside pickup that they're now offering (but shouldn't) which lets you make your purchase online and when you get to the store, all you have to do is park and send them a text that says "here" and they'll bring your bag out to the car. They state that this process takes an estimate of an hour and that they would text me when it was ready. I got a confirmation text and then another one an hour later telling me that my order was still in the process of getting put together. Okay, fine, not the biggest deal, but then, after an additional hour, I called the store and to figure what the status of my order was and the employee tells me that they haven't gotten any orders then checks her system and says "oh, now it's coming through". She then lists 2 out of the 3 items incorrectly, asks me my name 3 different times and says that she just needs to get the stuff together and that it would be ready soon. No apology and no acknowledgement that something or someone messed up. If I wouldn't have called, I'd still be waiting for my order because they don't know how to properly work this system. My suggestion would be to just avoid this CVS and especially the curbside pickup option.

This pharmacy is way understaffed. Waited over 30 min. to get one med. Everytime I come it's a ridiculously long wait, it doesn't matter if it's in the morning or evening. The staff is always polite enough, but it's not enough. Really annoying
