Going on package number 3 not delivered to the correct address. House number 10 and number 18 are not the same address. PAY ATTENTION. Did I mention my second package, including my pricey purchase, was damaged? DO NOT USE FEDEX! THEY DO NOT CARE!

Bad customer service experience. I came at a time when there were no other customers in store, staff member at the front desk was looking down at a computer and wouldn't look up to speak or offer a greeting. Yells to the back for another staff member, we wait 30 seconds without the first guy saying anything, new staff member comes out and looks annoyed. I came in to ship a package, new guy asked a few questions and gave me a hard time about one of the details of the shipment. I was pleasant throughout the entire experience, but it felt like I walked into the middle of a passive aggressive co-worker battle. I don't know what's going on with the staff at this store, it's possible I just came at a bad time, but I'd recommend they work on improving their customer service experience.

This business is fantastic! They offer a wide range of services, including faxing, printing, web surfing, and more. You'll need to pay to use these services, but the debit card machines are conveniently located nearby. Additionally, they offer efficient package shipping services. The employees are friendly and easy to talk to. I visited when it wasn't busy, so there was plenty of parking. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a one-stop shop for all their package needs.

Fedex was told 10 times to return the package to me they never did then said it was lost when somebody signed for it.Tried to file a claim and was quickly denied! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE FED EX THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGES!!! The store was no help at all had to deal with customer service over 10 phone calls and my package was never returned to me. You’ve been warned!!!
