They fix my breaks with warranty and after two month my breaks went off and I went back there they told I have to pay for breaks again

I had my brakes done at Firestone in Shrewsbury, MA. and picked my car up last night. Here is my car 15 minutes into driving home. Notice the smoke coming from my brakes. Someone didn't check their work. I wonder what happens if my left wheels seizes up with on-coming traffic on the other side of the road? I wonder what happens when I give this car to my daughter who wouldn't be as quick to figure out a problem as me.

My right rear passenger tire was slashed and I stopped in at the Firestone in Shrewsbury without an appt., the service advisor Larry was extremely helpful in reviewing my vehicle and they replaced my damaged tire quickly. Very efficient, professional and good value.

What a terrible experience - nearly 3 hours for 4 new tires, while I was waiting. I expect much of the delay was spent checking air filters and trying to upsell me for more work, instead of just replacing the tires. There was also a mention of brake work that was recommended, and it never appeared on the report/invoice. In the end, I took the car before the alignment check could be done, which might have generated real upsell profit - much more than some cheap air filters. RIdiculous. The most interesting part was listening to all of the hard upselling to other customers in the waiting area. The work seems solid - just a bad experience otherwise.

Both the employees that helped me were amazing! They didn’t over sell me and didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need. They also had a sale on tire replacement but didn’t have my tires in stock and extended the promo a few days so I could still get the deal after the tires arrived.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They had no idea what they were doing and I spent almost 3,000$ just to have to bring my car to Subaru to fix their mistakes and spend another 5,000$. Seriously upset & disappointed.

Had a slow leak suspected on one of my tires. Had the care package, and was able to make an appt for the *next day*! Took me in and it was fixed -- they found a nail in the tire -- with no charge and done under an hour. Super!

bring my truck in to do alignment and I have the first alignment it don't even did anything on the truck basically so I have to bring it back to do the second time it's such a waste of time go back and forth why should not do it good in the first time

My adult son who is at college had a nail in his tire. Based on our positive experience we’ve had in the past with Firestone, we directed him to one near his school. His experience couldn’t be any better. He said they were so nice and accommodated him right in the spot.
