This is terrible store, I was there for little noise on my car, they change my tier, when I did not need new one, and they say was nothing wrong with it, my car did not pass the Inspection, and I turn my car back, they say was a hear batting problem, they fix it, and the noise continue, and I drop off at other mechanic they fix the problem. Them my coolant liquid, I bring there and they say was the holes, they change soon I get home, all the liquid of coolant disappear, I bring back they change 3 more holes, they finish the job soon I drive home it happen again, I spend over $200 dollars in coolant water to replace it, my husband find out the the holes they put on was loose, he tie it and I never had a problem again. It was only the temperature was too low, and it got loose, but the mechanic at Firestone make me pay $1,600 for nothing. Other problem happen my assembly light was out, they told me because so many problems will charge me for replacement $70 if I bring the light, after 3 hours waiting, they bring my car with one light out. And told me I have to wait more 1:30 hour tho 2 Hours to replace and I have to pay for it. It’s all a scam to toYour money, they don’t do the job right, and do what they want, and charge you a lot. For things you don’t need. Please don’t go there! Save your money go someone else responsible and honest.

Staff was very personable and did not attempt to sell me items I did not need for my car. I was told what was good and what needed fixing/replacing down the road.

I booked a reservation online for 9am to get two tires replaced. When I arrived they told me they don't have those tires in stock and said booking online doesn't mean they have what you put in your cart in store. He called the closest Firestone and they had the right size, he asked if he could send me down and they said yes. When I got to the next closest Firestone, they told me they're all booked and can't take me. Horrible service all around

I took my car in for my 9 am appointment to get two new tires. By 9:45 I had not heard anything about the progress so I inquired with the representative at the desk. At that point we discussed what tires I wanted them to install and the wheel alignment. At 10:50 I inquired again about the progress and found out that they had not done any work on the car, and I was informed that they didn't have the tires that the representative told me they would install. Basically, they wasted 2 hours of my time. I thought that Firestone specialized in tires and took my car in thinking that it would be no problem to drive out with new tires, but I was wrong. The people working there are completely incompetent and should not be trusted with anyone's vehicle.

Juan and the pit crew at Firestone delivered a great quality service while realigning my vehicle. I was impressed by the way I was treated with respect from the moment I called to set up and appointment to walking in to the clean showroom to drop off my car. Being greeted with a smile and welcome to Firestone! This Shrewsbury location really shows it’s customers the crew shows great integrity keeping to the company’s core values of striving for excellence by putting the customer first. If I could relay one message to that store, it would be a simple - Thank you for a job well done!

I don't leave a lot of reviews and typically, if I do, it's because of a bad experience. This one is different. Today, I was at work and I noticed a lot of fluid leaking from my car. Rainbow colored fluid. It's a Sunday at 3pm so I was frantically looking for somewhere to check this out. I came to Firestone. They were booked for the day and closing shortly. Clayton could see I was kind of panicked. It came up that I have kids and he said he wanted to make sure I was safe driving. He came out in the pouring rain to check my oil level. Sure enough, there was no oil. Had I tried to drive home, my engine would've seized and I would've been unable to use my brakes or steering wheel. Clayton told me to have a seat and he found the cause and fixed it with a smile on his face. It's gestures like these that don't come often enough. I'll never forget this kind act and I'll recommend this place to everyone. Thank you, Clayton, the world needs more people like you.

I set up an appointment online for 10:00 AM on a Saturday to purchase a tire to replace a flat tire. I entered all needed information and intended to purchase one tire. It seemed easy enough. I arrived to be told by the check-in person that my name was in the system (although he called me by the wrong one) but none of my other information was there so we had to do it all again. We did and he told me it would be about an hour. An hour and a half later they hadn't even started the work but he called me back to the work area to tell me that I needed 2 tires not one and it would be about another 20-30 minutes. There was also a discussion that they were going to put the new tires in the back of the car when the damaged one was in the front and some other nonsense etc. I didn't understand this but didn't argue. I checked after 45 minutes and the work still wasn't done but the attitude was on full display. I was getting frustrated but had no choice but to wait as they had the car torn apart. Finally after almost 2 hours and 50 minutes, the car was ready. I was really surprised to learn that they had substituted the tire I had ordered for 2 much more expensive tires and my bill was close to 3 times the amount I was expecting and had planned for. They did not consult me about this change and didn't prepare me for the much larger bill. The work was finally done and I had no choice if I wanted to leave and get on with my day. Overall, I would not the customer service or business practices.. The tires seem ok but the experience was way too much hassle. They can and should do better,

Too expensive shop around. They said they're service is why they are so expensive. A volvo dealer down the street was less expensive. They service volvos. Come on greedy peiple.

I stopped in randomly this afternoon to see if they could replace my model 3 tire. Vincent was the associate that helped me out and he was awesome. He humored me as I discussed the screw in my tire and then how it disappeared. It must have come out on the way there (I had a loss in pressure days earlier). He had to look to see if the tire I needed was in stock (warehouse listed 1). He did have it and they started to work. Turns out that all of the tires are bad, which I expected. He didn't have 4 tires in today but didn't want to do just one anyway for safety. We didn't know if my quiettrack tire could be plugged so they decided to take it off to see if I had the foam, and luckily I didn't and they patched it right up.Thank you Vincent, I'll be back in for 4 tires before the winter!

Honesty in diagnosing my car defect. I was sure that the front brakes needed repairs, but the mechanic informed me that the defect was caused by the different sizes of the front and rear tires. As I was already changing the two front tires the problem was solved at no additional cost. Any other workshop could have changed the brakes without bothering to verify the real need. Congratulations!
