I like this location of five and below because it has a lot of items in stock that a lot of other stores do not. The store is clean and organized. And I wanted to give a shout out to a great employee Lea, who was working the entire store herself, was greeting customers, and working the checkout counter while the store was very busy. I’m not sure where all the other employees were but she was handling everything herself And doing an amazing job.

I went into 5 below last night...I asked for a fast charging cord FOR AN ANDROID...I Repeated it at least 10x ...i walked out thinking I had gotten what I asked for. Not so much...IT WAS FOR AN IPHONE!! I ENDED UP in the hospital with NO Way to reach my loved ones. I left the hospital to go to 5 below...now I have to go back and start the whole process over. It Also cost me $18.75 to take Another cab here. I'm not happy. I'm disabled and live on a very limited income. Unless this is fixed somehow, You've lost my business and all my friends business.

Loveeee me some Five below. It’s always nice to see what is in this store, especially because of how cheap everything is. I mean obviously in some cases you get what you pay for but aside from that is a pretty cool store.

The brown curly haired shorter woman working the front of the cashier’s station has horrible customer service. She is passive aggressively rude & short with her communication.
Making you feel unwanted, unwelcomed and like your business is an inconvenience.

I went to the store to pick up ONE thing at 7:26pm and as soon as one of the workers saw me she tried to rush and lock the door and when I walked up to the door, she said “we’re closed” they close at 8pm it says it on the door, the website and their Google website. Have no idea what that is about but every time I go there someone has an attitude and rude! I say take the extra 15 mins to go to the other one, so much more nicer and welcoming!

It says it closes at 8, but at 7 the employees don't let you in and tell you it's already closed.

Awful customer service. Clearly need to be trained on customer respect and communication. I understand you work at 5 below and that’s probably the last place you wanna be but I walked in with a smile on my face and left with dysregulated nervous system because of the way two employees spoke to me. My reaction was by far not perfect but I shouldn’t walk into a buisness I shop at weekly and leave this upset. Two of their employees ganged up on me together, talked about me to eachother while I was waiting in line in front of other guests, and it was extremely triggering. I felt attacked. My family shops at this store for the kids basically every week and this is how we are treated?

8 self checkout machines so they don't have to hire/pay cashiers, yet only one is open so there are still lines at checkout. Seems like corporate is missing the point even though they're replacing Americans who need jobs with machines. Also, Five Below is just an empty name now. No short supply of products exceeding $5; time for a Re-branding.
