*Worst experience wit the ordering and delivery* I have ordered the $3900 worth lumber,Insulation,Sheetrocks and other building material on 01/29. I was told clear and loud that expect the Sheetrocks everything will be delivered in day or 2 max. I have received the 2 pallets of material yesterday (01/31) and the driver told rest will be coming tonight or max tomorrow morning . When my contractor check the status of rest of the material they simply told the pallets are sitting in godown and can't deliver due to truck issues. I have scheduled the work and the guys are waiting , need to pay them whether or they worked or not?

This place is great! Henry was super helpful, patient & knowledgeable when we ordered shades for our house & office! Great guy! Then Krista was super nice & lead us to Roy who helped us check out. Very funny & super nice too. A+++ service - thank you! :)

I asked a young man, Anthony is his name, for the location of two items. Fire place grate and garden fabric holders. He escorted me to the fire place grates and told me this was my lucky day because they were on clearance for only $3.50. I bought two! He then directed me to the exact location of the holders. Thank you Anthony. You made it easy and I appreciate your professional customer service.

We'll now it's been 45 minutes and counting. I stoped by the store yesterday to pick up supplies for a job we have coming up and the Hynes Convention Center. We are a pretty larger contractor out of Shrewsbury, MA and we came to get 48 sheets of plywood. We went to the Pro Desk to purchase the small stuff and they plywood. It took us 30 minutes to check out. The guy Alex who was checking us out was more concerned about his hair than getting us out of there. We spent a little over $2,200.00 which I would consider to be a pretty good size order. We scheduled the pick up for 12:00 pm the next day. I arrived on-time for the pick up. I was checked in the guy told me that someone would be over to get the plywood off the rack and load it on to my truck. About 20 minutes went by and no one had come over. Finally someone came over to me and asked if I was being helped I explained to them the story and they said someone would be over it has now been 45 minutes and no sign of a fork lift and no sign that anyone will be helping me. A total of 9 people have come up to me and asked if I was being helped I replied and said yes I am waiting for them to get the plywood off of the rack. So who actually knows when I will be getting out of here! Hopefully someone from Home Depot reads this. This is the last time I will be using this store.

Reserved a leaf blower on Friday for Sunday 45 confirmation texts and emails later, at 7:00PM on Saturday night they cancelled my reservation. When I called, all I got was "yea a lot of people got kicked out. Call tomorrow I'm sure it will be here". In the words of Jerry Seinfeld "you can take the reservation but you can't keep the reservation " I'll just buy my own and not at Home Depot

My boyfriend and I worked with Kenya to get new cabinets and countertops for our kitchen! She has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She is quick to reply, knowledge and, always has her customers as her priority. If you are looking for great customer service ask for Kenya.

Home Depot is always good. Whichever city we go, it looks and feels same . Loved this one . Wasn't as crowded and we got quick help. Garden center was good . We got sand , bricks etc and there was a sales personnel there who could help us . Quick billing and good customer service overall. Lots of parking available outside .. Thumbs up.

I don't normally leave reviews for chains like this, but Paul the manager went way above and beyond for me, so I want to make sure he is recognized for that. He was at the front door greeting people as I came in to get my Ryobi trimmer repaired. He asked me when I bought it, and I let him know it was within the past year. He told me that he didn't want me to have to go through the hassle of trying to have it fixed, so he offered to exchange it for a new one. They didn't have the exact model, but he found me a comparable one and made it so easy. I was honestly dreading how much it was going to cost to fix, and he just completely cut out all the stress I was with which I was going to have to deal. I can't say enough nice things about him. Paul was just so thoughtful and helpful. He's got himself a lifetime customer!

Lots of veggies, annuals (petunias, begonias, impatiens, Mandevilla). Unfortunately, no hanging baskets of fushia which we specifically wanted.
