I went into a make a simple status amendment on my taxes. The lady who sent it in did not attach my marriage certificate so the whole amendment got rejected by the IRS .I went in and complained to everyone including the manager. They said they’d rectify it and send in an updated amendment.3 weeks later I went in and the amendment FOR A STATUS change still had not been sent (this was after they messed up the first amendment)Never never use h and r block.It is a total tax mill and no one knows what they are doing.They are terrible at what they do and you’re better off doing it yourself than relying on them.They will make something that has gone slightly wrong 100 times worse

Very bad manager. She was over listening to the conversation I had with my advisor last year. She interrupted the conversation and talked to the advisor while I was sitting there referring to me as him without addressing me and telling her you should file his taxes by mail and then when I asked her why would I want to do that, she looked at me and left. In addition to that, the advisors there seem good but not good enough. They made a mistake 2 years ago that I am still suffering from until not , while it is not so big , it is a headache nightmare that I am dealing with the IRS with. Extremely bad management . Seems like the employees are stressed from the extremely horrible management(last year). Not sure if they changed the management this year.

H&R block has always helped me in a quick & timely manner my tax professional has helped me receive my maximum refund amount and I recommend Jessica bado and I will continue going through her for the rest of my tax seasons! If your not with them what are you really doing ? Choose H&R block you won't be disappointed ?
