Madisyn is the sweetest and made me feel very comfortable in an obviously male dominated industry and explained everything step by step and helped me with the process of my car making sure i understood she was very helpful i will definitely be coming back to her.

I recently had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube on Worcester Road in Shrewsbury Ma. and wanted to share with those interested and in need of car maintenance!! The manager, Kyle and two of his employees, Miranda and Josh who actually serviced my car are outstanding at what they do! They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and more than willing to explain what they did to service the car in a very easy and friendly way. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I will be a returning customer for a long while!

Their one employee oksana drinks viciously on the job, horrible customer service, added herself a tip and took my money thinking I wouldn’t notice.

Do not go here. They are scamming people and charging different prices based on what they think they can get away with. I am a 23 year old female and the prices they quoted me on Aug 11th were all 30$ higher than what they said to my stepdad when he showed up Aug 15th, four days later, asking about the prices. The entire franchise is aware and after calling corporate and filing a case quickly called me back to say they are issuing a refund for the price difference since I was overcharged 30$. One employee even made a comment that they could tell it was my first time getting an oil change alone. They clearly were aware of what they were doing and thought they could easily take advantage of someone. This is the only review I have left in my life but I felt the need to warn other people.
