About Madison Place
Madison Place is a peaceful community set in a lovely, green environment filled with bunnies and chipmunks. With only six buildings, each having three floors and four apartments per floor, it offers a quiet ambiance. Residents appreciate the good management and maintenance staff, as well as the spacious apartments and clean common areas. However, there is no clubhouse for socializing, and children are restricted from biking in the parking area for safety. Overall, it comes highly recommended.

Regular water leaks of disgusting smelly sprinkler water, we have had 5 leaks in our apartment in 2 years, rent has gone up too, lazy patch jobs done by maintenance. "Luxury"? No.

Lovely tucked away setting, surrounded by lots of greenery, as well as bunnies, chipmunks, etc.Only 6 buildings with 3 floors each, and 4 apartments/floor, so, quiet ambience.

The management and staff are very very goodMark is good hearted person and very well management…I enjoyed staying in Madison shrewsbury for about 3 years
