“Just moved to Worcester and found Nal’s. We go to the Chandler Street store. Had a mixup with an online order, staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make it right. Also, it seems like a lot of neighborhood people get their paint here. Customers were walking in and I felt like I was in an episode of Cheer’s.
