Highly recommend. If you have an issue with your phone, don’t hesitate to bring it here. I was having an issue with my phone screen. Came in and dropped off within minutes. Keep in mind, 2 hours before they closed. Phone was back in my hands and looking great 2 hours later.

My iPhone 14 went swimming in the lake and was under water for 15 minutes. Totally dead and fried. Brought it here and the next day, it worked better than before! Highly recommend!

Went to Best Buy looking for a battery for my wife’s iPhone. They didn’t have one so we went to SmartFix. He had one and changed it out in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend him. Nice job. Thank you.

SmartFix fixed my broken iPad 5th generation screen. The price was very fair and better than all other options, the fix was very professional and they did it very quick which was great - I left the iPad and went back after 1.5 hours and it was ready. Highly recommended!

Nisar, who owns and manages SmartFix is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He can fix anything. Hardware and software and I had him upgrade my iMac hard drive to solid state, replace my battery on my iPhone and reconfigure my iPhone. Has some smaller products for sale like charger cables, power brick adapters and mobile phone covers too. I highly recommend SmartFix and say hello to Nisar.

There isn't a more knowledgeable and personable repair tech in all of worcester country, guaranteed! I brought in a refurbished s21 that kept dropping signal. No calls, text or data available. Went in and talked for around 30 minutes about everything with the phone along with just normal conversation. He didn't have the parts to fix it at the time. Next day delivery for them and I had my phone back within 24 hrs. Problem was thought to be 3/5 antennas. Those were replaced and the phone operates better than when first bought. Total price was 70 dollars. I couldn't believe how affordable he keeps his service, especially with how hard these times are financially. I couldn't recommend a person and business more than this man!

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon with a busted Amazon fire screen. First question was how much does it cost to replace. It was apparent he didn’t want to complete the work if it wasn’t worth me to buy new. He was very honest. I like that.
Got a call 24 hours later to pick up. This guy is legit and is now my go to for any repairs. I would recommend anyone to try smart fix.
