Henry was great. He helped me create my new business cards and when I realized I messed something up on it (my own fault for not noticing) he had no problem making me new ones. When I went to pick them up the next day, I thought I would have to pay again. He was kind enough to waive the fee. What a huge help. Thanks again, Henry!

We have been to the staple print shop multiple times. The print team are awesome.Today, we tried to return our Amazon return. OMg.. once again, the print and UPS team went over and beyond. They were super helpful. They worked internally together to keep the process going smoothly.Keep up a good and team work!Keep up a good work staple print and UPS team!

Great experience! My girlfriend need help coping and laminating some things! The copy center could’ve been more helpful! Melissa at the copy Center spoke Spanish to her. Her native language made her feel so comfortable. Went above and beyond!

Had a chance to fax documents, the Asian young man helped me with the various settings of the photo copy machine, extremely kind and courteous person. At the end he gave me free photo copies of my ID card as well. Great service

I was waiting in the line for more than 30 mins at the print department. No one served me. There was one employee talking to a customer. The other employee was doing some work without even looking at me. Then the first employee served 2 customers behind me. I left Staples after wasting good 30 minutes of my time. Terrible customer service.

Went here this pasted Sunday 4-30-23 ,with my dad he needed a "recipe book" . Our Cashier Layla, was super sweet and friendly. I miss our Worcester Staples store they went out of business about 1 1/2 ago, atlease they put one of my favorite stores " TJMAXX/ Home Goods to replace the Worcester Staples. I could get lost in that store. I love shopping there .

This is my third visit in two weeks to this location. I used to visit the Staples in Worcester, but it has closed and this is the closest location for me. This is not a complaint about customer service. I have always been treated in a courteous manner. This is a logistical complaint. Every time I come in purchase some ink for my computer, the shelves are bare and I am told to come back the day after “ the truck” arrives. I realize that we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and many people are working from home. Perhaps you should consider ordering more ink than normal? Perhaps double or triple the order? Since it evidently sells out so quickly, I don’t think it will languish on your shelves and go to waste. When I last was unable to make a purchase from your store, I used the online ordering service and had it delivered to my home. I needed the ink immediately, but I was able to borrow some from a friend at the last minute. I spoke with a customer service representative to confirm the date of delivery, and mentioned that the store was sold out, again. I was assured that there is no shortage of ink in the warehouses that would prohibit you from ordering more ink to meet demand. During my last visit , a gentleman in front of me had the same problem with lack of ink supply, and he furiously told the associate that he has wasted his time and gas for nothing. He said he would shop elsewhere from now on. I fear you may loose a good number of customers if you are unable to provide a significant supply of the items you state are available in your store. People hate to have their time wasted.Thank you for your attention in this matter.
