However, some customers find the hours inconvenient, such as early Saturday closures and unclear holiday hours, which can lead to missed pickups. Overall, the post office offers good service with caring employees, but better communication about hours would improve the experience.
I love the post office, it is an incredibly valuable service for this country. But please somehow list your holiday (new years eve) hours accurately online or on the phone service so someone doesn't drive across town to pick up a package only to find the place closed early.

It was a nice little typical American post office however they closed at 12:00 on a Saturday which was inconvenient to those who want to drop off something in the afternoon.

My package got lost in the mail and the office hand delivered it to me and we’re so responsive to my calls. They are amazing!
