Lots of opportunity to improve. Service took too much time. New parts aside, it took too long to define the root cause of the problems. Software updates too way too long. The service is still not complete so even this survey seems odd at this time. Wording and emails were confusing along the way and remain confusing. There was an email about goodwill and a part that was was replaced for free. I asked about that and the response was confusing. The service record doesn’t show any new part was used, just looks like the tech fixed a problem by cleaning the windshield….not sure if this is goodwill or just part of the paid for service.

I had a really positive experience purchasing a car at the Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury recently! I was helped by Silvano Senn throughout the process, and he couldn’t have been a bigger support for me! He was not pushy at all and encouraged me to test drive as many cars as I needed to before deciding. He was extremely knowledgeable on the cars, features, warranties, and other products offered. He also provided transportation for me to the dealership on the day I was getting my new car because I didn’t have a way to get there that day! It was my first time buying a Mercedes, and he really took the time to make sure I knew how to use all the cool features. Thank you guys for an excellent experience! I am OBSESSED with my car!!

10/10 service! These guys are knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely come back with my C-class! From walking in & getting greeted by the girls at the front desk to the service advisor (Daniel Burke) explaining in detail what was performed on my vehicle! Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction!

We blew a tire on a pothole on 495 and Wagner came to the rescue! AAA towed us and Wagner replaced the tire,inspected the cargave us estimates to repair damage to the rims and the axle!!! We were back on the road within a few hours. Everyone was helpful and comforting! Thank you Wagner service department!!

Loaner car warmed up and waiting. Received timely updates on progress. Drop off and pickup were easy. Car was returned freshly wash even in a snow storm. John shaw was great to work with.
