Jan. 3- I sat for 10 minutes waiting to speak with an office associate about my account. Sat right outside the office of an associate and he didn't even look up. Another associate walking right passed me, with no acknowledgement and she went into his office and they proceeded to chat awaywhile I sat there. Customer service is very important to me. I got up and walked without service. I will take my business elsewhere.

After a myriad of small issues, I closed my business accounts with Webster Five. Then I noticed that a charge was not only still allowed through, but debited to a personal account that had never been connected to the business accounts, didn't have a debit card connected to it or any ACH payments. And then of course an overdraft fee, for an unused account being in the negative. This of course was completely unauthorized, and likely illegal.Take your money elsewhere. I moved my accounts to Rockland Trust, and DCU, and have been happy since.

Convenient location and great service. I personally work with Cheryl Pedjoe and she really goes above and beyond for clients. From the personalized card I got in the mail, to her prompt responses to my frantic phone calls and emails when I couldn't access my online banking account - she helped to make each experience memorable. I was hesitant to switch banks, but I am so glad I did!
