Just wanted to say the customer service was exceptional,( I needed a uniform at the last minute) I called the store around 6:35 p.m. asking what time they close and they said 7pm and I was about 20 minutes away when I got there at 6:54 p.m. there was still open and it was able to get my uniform for work. I didn't get the name of the person that helped me but she was wonderful. Definitely recommend

NO STARSI just left the rudest salesperson. She was so loud and condescending to me! I left immediately. I will never step another foot in that store.

Ive gotta say, since starting blue collar work as a woman its always been challenging to find merchandise for myself especially boots, but you know what they have? Woman's work boots!!! and even better customer service! Wendy was absolutely amazing with helping me find what I needed, will definitely be back next time- R Stark

Went in to buy work pants and there was literally no one inside. I stood at the counter with the pants I wanted for about 10 minutes. Literally no one working.

Great store !!!! All the best brands in one spot. Be prepared to pay top dollar on everything tho. Cheapest pair of jeans cost $50 bucks. Nice welder pants run you around $69.00--$100 bucks. Great quality tho.

Wendy was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the right boots. This is the second time I’ve purchased clothing from Work ’N Gear Shrewsbury because of Wendy and I will certainly be back for a third time.

Very accomodating until you try to return your shoes. I paid 85.00 in cash and tried to return them on 4 different occasions and they never have enough cash in the drawer. They told me to try on a weekend. I called on a weekend afternoon and they didn't have enough cash. This is ridiculous. Why would you take cash for products your selling for 85.00 or more and not start your drawer with at least that. Really poor customer service. They're penalizing people for paying cash. I should have listened to the other reviews hereI will never go back there again and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Don't believe the hours sign. They close at 6pm not 7pm. I don't know why they can't update their website to reflect the actual hours
