Ideal auto sales overcharged me $5,000. Was forced to take them to court over this matter. We won a summary judgement, however, I need to warn consumers not to do business with the unethical owners of this company.

My daughter bought a Volkswagen bug from them. They sold us a car that would not pass inspection due to a seatbelt issue. Then, after we get home, it almost overheats, then the oil is leaking. Contacted them about it over and over and got the brush off. Eventually I took a look and found out that whoever they had service it changed the antifreeze but did not bother to fill it and changed the oil but did not tighten the filter. My daughter could not drive it for months as we waited for them to remedy it. They never did. Stay away from them.

JIM is a very honest and a very knowledgeable car guy ! HIS cars come from the top auto groups in the area. THE Vintage Volvo I bought was so nice I PURCHASED it on the spot without even driving it. I ran a car fax about a week after my purchase and they documented it as one owner with complete service HISTORY from Jaguar Volvo dealership. Oil changes were documented as being performed at Jaguar Volvo Dealer every 3000 miles with not a single one being missed. The manufacturer. recommends every 5000 to 10000 miles on the 850 model ! When he delivered the car to me that evening he said he did not like the way the pads and rotors looked at final inspection so he installed new pads and rotors before delivering the car to me. I was pleasantly surprised If you are in the market for a high quality pre owned vehicle that is priced right JIM IS YOUR GUY. If you are looking for a car on Craigslist by a private seller be for warned private sellers lie about there cars. I know because I looked at 10 cars on Craigslist and I caught them all in lies they were. telling about there cars. One guy told me he had his oil changed at Tasca Volvo every 3000 miles and when I ran the Car fax it came back as zero documented oil changes. That's why the oil on the dipstick looked like tar ! Another guy told me he just had his timing belt service done at Stiengold Volvo but could not find the receipt. When I removed the timing belt cover to visually inspect. it looked like an old leather belt from the civil war. IF YOU IGNORE MY FIRST HAND WARNING ABOUT CRAIGSLIST WHERE A MASK BECAUSE THE BULLSHYT FROM PRIVATE SELLERS ON CRAIGSLIST REALLY STINKS BADLY🚓 Do yourself a favor if you are used car shopping and go see JIM at Ideal Motors. YOU WILL FIND A NICE HONEST GUY WITH GREAT USED CARS AT TERRIFIC PRICES. MY NAME IS Ed Pugliese and I APROVE THIS MESSAGE 🇺🇸🇮🇹
