I have a ring that means a lot to me, and lately, it's been catching on my clothes and the moonstone has been a little bit loose. So I called the original company, Black Tree Lab, and they said I could ship it to them for repair, but it was something I could just take to a local jeweler to have fixed because I was stressed about it getting lost in the mail overseas. I took it to Jewelry Express, and within 5 minutes (maybe less), I had my ring fixed and shining again for a great price. If you have any jewelry needs, go see Jose! I couldn't be any more grateful. I haven't taken this ring off in over 5 years, and before Jose's expertise, it was looking like I'd have to ship it out to another jewelry repair shop and wait at least two weeks just for an estimate, never mind a repair.”
