We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!

HUGE THANK YOU! I had a package get addressed to the wrong location-- when it did not show up, we realized the error (on our part) and I called pleading with the nice lady who answered the phone as to what I could do to get this package picked up. She then reached out to the driver who gave me his next stop, his phone number, and within 15 minutes I was there and got the package. THANK YOU THANK YOU! Could not ask for better service in such a pinch. Thank you!!!

Apparently the drivers can claim to be scared of dog on property and get away with not delivering packages and corporate doesn't care that it's emergencedical supplies. I'd pay more for FedEx seeing they always deliver to my door without a problem. You have dogs don't bother with this delivery company!!!!

Worst place ever. I got all the materials to pick up the package, but they said "the address here is sharing apartment building so we cannot release the package". They said they gonna re-deliver the day I went to the store so I went home and waited. NEVER CAME on that day. They came back in the day after when I.m. n.o.t. a.t. h.o.m.e. I even left a gentle note to call me on the front door, well, they never called me, leaving a notice that i missed my package and come again to pick it up. Went back to the place to pick up but repeating the same thing "we cannot release the package." Very interesting. they do not worth 1 star, maybe zero. Worst place ever

Wow after reading all the bad 1 star reviews I was shocked that i actually had a really easy good experience! I was in line maybe a minute, second minute i signed, third minute I was leaving with my package with a big smile on my face. But the reason I had to pick it up there was the annoying part, I don't know why the package was being rejected at the access point closer to me. Maybe the package was to big? They didn't have much info about that.

Do NOT go to this location if you have another option. They do not have the capabilities of other UPS locations. They couldn't even print a receipt when I dropped packages off. I like to have proof that I handed the packages over. Why no receipts? Every other location does that. PLUS, they only had one person at the window. All I needed to do was drop off, and had to wait a while.
