Went in at 8:20 this morning, the woman greets me, then immediately closes the cage around the front desk? If you’re not prepared to be open by a certain time change your hours? Then I came back this afternoon. The big girl behind the counter is cocky and condescending when dealing with customers, the attitude isn’t necessary. Everyone else I’ve interacted with is nice though.

I've always had great experiences at this location, and I ship packages 3-4 times per week. Steve goes above and beyond and is always friendly. Ron also always has a smile. No complaints here....

On my postal app on several occasions it stated my.package was out for delivery and no package arrived. For 2 and 3 days I get the same statement on my app. Seems they don't scan the packages to find out where they are. Extremely poor service.

Haven’t received mail in three days. Have mail waiting to get picked up that nobody has come to get. Maybe someone should check o’niel Field for a parked postal truck once in a while.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!! I had IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS SENT OVERNIGHT GUARENTEED DELIVERY BY 3:00 TODAY AND IT WASNT DELIVERED!!!!!

Today I was that crazy lady tracking down the post man to get my package I needed before heading out of town. I called the post office to see if they received my package which they confirmed. The gentleman on the phone asked if I needed it by a certain time which I told him NOW. I asked where I could find the postman and gave me exact location. The postman when I found him knew exactly who I was and giggled when let out the loudest sigh of relief. I'm very happy with how helpful they were even if it seemed silly to them over shoes.

Once again my package didn't get delivered on scheduled day posted. What's your excuse this time... It was put on wrong truck, nobody was home, no address found ? Poor management.

1 register open at closing time with about 15 people in line. Employee says he is left alone every day after 2pm. Poor guy.

Where is the integrity when delivering packages . Tracked as delivered “ hand delivered to resident “ .. but Just 8 minutes earlier the tracking stated carrier occurred a delay. And no one was home all day . Who was this handed too .. seriously the lies are just too numerous. I'd rather see delay in delivery, than lying and stating it was hand delivered to a resident that did not occur

These carriers and clerks don't have it easy, cannot deliver mail with no name on the mailbox for one, and are accountable for every piece they bring out, also will not leave a package at a unsafe location, understand these issues, people think they play games with the mail, they do not, its all for the safe delivery of mail and parcels to the customer. Please give them a break. Also, the US Post office does not take a penny of taxpayers money, the only agency that does not. Totally self sufficient.
