I called Allston Piano Moving Company after a previous, different movers failed to move my baby grand into my apartment. Azuolas, Justas and Adam went above and beyond to bring my piano to the third floor, which included coordinating a crane in the same day. They handled the piano with great care and diligence, and were respectful and helpful in our conversations. I cannot thank them enough, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve from the company.

We had a baby grand piano that needed to be moved from a first floor auditorium to an upstairs multipurpose room and landed on Gentle Giant after they were referred to us by another organization. Our move consultant was responsive and prompt through the scheduling and coordinating process. On the day of, a crew of four came by the building to move the piano up a flight of stairs and through some narrow spaces in about 45 minutes. The crew was professional and friendly. Our walls, staircase, and piano are in just as good condition after as they were before the move. The piano looks great in its new space.They did arrive after their estimated service window. But they otherwise provided all the services we expected. Altogether more than happy to recommend their services.

Allston Piano Moving Company was fabulous! I moved my spinet piano from Brighton to Cambridge, and everything went very smoothly. They communicated every step of the way, and were very responsive with calls and emails. The movers were professional, efficient, and very kind. Looking forward to using them again soon!

If you need to move a piano, only trust people who move pianos all day long. This team was efficient, careful, kind, and moved our piano with no issues. Even in the pouring rain! Genuinely could not believe how fast they were and solution orientated moving it up a set of stairs. Highly, highly recommend.

We were a complicated customer, we needed a crane to lift piano out the window, walk down many steps, squeeze through small areas, and they did an amazing job with planning and executing. They took really good care of our piano, just as their name suggests: very gently and delicately, with great attention to details. Team is fun and friendly and absolutely professional. 100% recommended.

I had to move my piano, and the team was great. They did a free on-site evaluation of the new space, and did a fantastic job moving the piano a few weeks later. The office was great - clear and communicative - and the moving team was spectacular - professional, kind, careful. Highly recommend.
