Absolutely terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open the fitting room (they are automatically locked the moment you come out which is the worst). Staff also lounged around forever without doing anything and had many people waiting in front of the fitting rooms forever. I refused to buy anything this time for the exact reason.

I love their products but went to the assembly store and bought stuff worth $150+ and was given all the 8 items ( bras, boxes) in the smallest bag. With most of the bras peeking out of the bag. Felt like customer service could have been better.

I walked in today trying to purchase some jeans and me and my partner were rudely blocked from that section by a younger girl with orange up do hair. We felt rudely interrupted and left. I love this store but that was by far an unpleasant experience and I hope something can be done about that.
