My sway bar links broke down while I was visiting Boston and the dealership was going to charge me an arm and a leg for it. Carlos was able to take my car in last minute and quickly fixed the issue before my trip the next day. Couldn’t thank Carlos enough for his honesty and expertise!

I brought my car in because I suspected I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to quickly find the issue (a nail) and repair it. And for only $40!
I felt taken care of as a customer. Highly recommended.

Carlos is about as honest and hardworking as they come. We have brought multiple cars to Arco for various repairs over the years. Can’t recommend them enough.

Called ahead Friday about a tire leaking air, got told to pop in Saturday; dropped the car off and they found a screw and patched the hole within an hour. Really reasonable price too.

I brought my car in because my dad (who is not an expert but just a dad) thought there an axle was rusted through (a $600 repair!). They kept my car overnight and did all the tests on the planet and determined that there was absolutely nothing wrong, and they explained everything they checked, everything they found, why they think it's fine, and what they think my dad saw. It's fantastic that they explained it all in a way I could understand (I asked a lot of "I don't know anything about cars" questions). And they are giving me the car back with no charge because they didn't have to do any fix. I would absolutely come back anytime.
