HORRIBLE Customer Service. I've left this branch twice, gone straight to Harvard Square and gotten help where NO ONE at this branch seemed to know what they're doing. or just lazy-- a complete waste of time. Never again, which is sad because this branch is closer to me. Oh well.

Xnai’s review holds true almost 1 year later. This bank of america location is 100% unusable as there is a homeless guy living in there full time. I feel bad for the guy but he shouldn’t live in a bank, defecate in there, smoke cigarettes inside, and treat it like his own place. Corporate needs to monitor this location and require a debit card swipe to get inside.

If you can avoid Bank of America do it! The frees are hidden in the fine print, they charge you for everything, too much red tape, will charge you a fee then another if that fee takes you under and then tell you that even thought you've never been charged that fee AND never given notice, it's their policy. People this is an example of a bank "too big to fail" yet buys Jamie diamond summer homes in the hamptons on your fees. This is a horrible bank to work for, work with or trust your money to. Find a good local bank that sees you and works for you as a human, not income!

Need to do something about the bum(s) who now think this is their rent free apartment. In the last three days I tried to go to this boa ATM, the only one in the area, 2 out of three times, there was the same bum camped out inside with all his stuff. Just crashed in his camping chair inside, bundled up with all his junk inside. My next attempt, which was yesterday, the machine seemed to have been tampered with, and you couldn't even insert your card. Not sure if it was the bum thinking it would do him any good, but considering the timing, it's weird, and still unacceptable. This was day time too. A few times before these incidents, I've found half eaten food lying on the counter, old blankets laying on the floor. Wouldn't go here unless I needed to, and it was the only boa ATM in union sq.

Security guard sees people not wearing masks crowding the ATM area and not even saying anything about requiring them to wear masks to use this facility. I'm immuno compromised and the door was blocked by someone not wearing a mask waiting in line. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe experience for me. I don't feel everyone's safety is being considered at this business.

I have filed a dispute charge with Bank of America. It's been 2 months I have been dealing with Bank of America. I have spent at least 12-14hours of my life to this stupid claim. But I haven't got the results. I'll anyway force to get my money back. But what really interest me is the representatives. Every time I call them I get different answers. I swear I was just laughing to see a company like Bank of America having this unprofessional customer supports.

Whenever I go to Bank of America in Davis Square I always ask for Andrew Perez. He patiently answers all my questions clearly so I understand everything that's happening at the time.

My Fiancé and I had a great experience while opening a savings account with Adam Syed today. Adam was very informative yet not pushy in the up selling side of things. The session was efficient, educational, personal, and just plan comfortable. Great experience overall. Thank you Adam!

Peter Gray sat with me today and took the time to explain the mortgage loan process and every step to take. He was extremely helpful and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in starting the mortgage loan process.

My 3rd attempt at getting something notarized was finally successful! My first time in this branch and they did a fantastic job. Friendly folks (I interacted with 3 different people) and they were super invested in me having an easy and convenient experience. For the first time in my millennial existence I'm looking forward to needing an actual banker in the future.

I got married in October and I was told by the bank online that both my husband and myself would have to come into a branch to change my name on our account. Very inconvenient for something that literally takes two seconds to change in their system. So we went down and we were told there would be a 40 minute wait. So we made an apt for the following day, New Year's Eve and still had to wait 10-15 mins. The transaction itself was relatively easy but as I was leaving I was told my new debit card would be sent out immediately. It's the 21st of January and I am STILL waiting. I've contacted them online after hours twice and was told a card was on the way....guess what? They emailed me last night to say my new card was on its way with my old name on it. WTF! What a the point of going into a branch and wasting all that time to get the exact same card I already have??? I need one with my new married name. I don't understand why this is so difficult. The account is in my new name now so I don't understand why they'd send a card out with the old name. It just feels like I'm dealing with people that have no clue what they're doing. Very disappointed

Pathetic branch, absolutely unhelpful! There is a reason I closed my account years ago, on of the manager his name is Jade or something like that, definitely doesn't want to do this job, made up a rule that BoA doesn't notarize and didn't help, went to another BoA and got it done. This guy is a branch manager, really ?! Stay away and take your money to more friendly banks.

Expect to wait in a long line!! Solution: have more than 1 employee behind the counter. The times I've gone, which is now limited, there is literally one employee working. Two on rare occasions. It's a horrible experience. Pro's: Great location, parking, usually nice employees.
