I use their wash and fold service, and I think they do a great job for a fair price. The folks who work there are always nice, as well!

The laundromat was clean. We washed several loads. However, when we needed dryers, most were out of order. The ones that worked were all full. Another patron said the machines were not drying her clothes. So, we took our wet laundry and left. Only come here at odd hours.

Prices are now $7.50 for a "triple" load (more like double) which is only 35 minutes btw, and a single load is $3.75 for only 25 minutes and they're not that big. I will say I'm not an avid laundromat explorer but I feel like these are smaller than average, and only have options for all warm/hot unless you pick cold/delicates. I guess the bathroom use is only for people she likes or something, told me to go next door but of course they're closed and nothing else around and said they dont have a bathroom here....very small and 90% of the machines are full of clothes thatre done and just sitting there with absolutely no one around....

Great experience! I’ve started going here regularly since it’s cheaper than the machines at my apartment. The employees are very nice and will exchange bills for quarters if you ask. Dryers are large and good for large items like comforters. The place is clean and has tables and ample outlets if you need to hang out while doing laundry. Definitely recommend!

Very clean, helpful stuff, machines in good condition and dryers extremely cheap (can be used only after washing here, but that makes perfect sense). Definitely recommend.

Did a wash-dry-fold. Upon return, I noticed many items were missing. I called the owner and she said she couldn’t find them…Would recommend Life Without Laundry instead. Had to use beacon st laundromat for a last minute wash.

Clean, takes cash or quarters, has sitting space, and they have stamp cards! I prefer driving here over my landlord's old machines

I’ve been going to this laundromat for a few months and the woman that’s always here is awesome. She’s super friendly and even pointed a fan at me while I waited for my clothes during a hot day in the summer. The prices are fair and people are great.

They said open at 8. But it is locked. It is posted in Yelp and their store front. It is a waste of people time.

I have used the Beacon Street Laundromat for many years and Dominic was a sweet and lovely man. After the ownership has been transferred, my experience has changed significantly. One time, they stopped me and accused me for putting broken bricks in the dryer for no reason and asked me to pay them to replace the industrial dryer's drum based on just their accusation. I was very emotional and didn't engage and left my contact information and they sent me a bill of 2000 dollars. I contacted a lawyer to talk to them instead and asked them to provide any evidence (as they have a surveil camera in the shop, if I did do such a thing, they surely could have captured it.) But because they didn't, they did not respond to my lawyer. I don't want to hurt small business owners as I know it is so tough for them, but as customers, you also need to protect yourself.

Quick turnaround and pleasant staff, what more could you ask for? Clothes always come back in great condition.

I've used them for a long time for self-service and they're good for that, but I used them for drop-off laundry today. Told the woman I dropped them off with, and left printed notes on the bags, to use free & clear detergent and no fabric softener or dryer sheets. Everything came back scented and with that dryer-sheet oiliness. (Also charged me for a coat to wash a bathrobe.) Phone conversation afterwards didn't resolve anything. They've lost a customer.

I have used this place twice. First time they lost all my bedding. Sheets pillow cases and everything. They lost it. They said I was crazy and that I didn’t bring it. Workers barely spoke English which made the experience all the more frustrating. Then 2 days later they called me saying they found it. Second time using them. I’m certain I’m missing things and I have gained new items that are not mine. Absolutely unprofessional.

I *have* a washer and dryer in the basement of my apartment, but I still go to this laundromat instead! It is cozy and homey on the inside, and the machines are really nice. The owner is great, and it seems like it's a family-run business. I can't recommend this laundromat enough. The prices *might* be a little higher than cheaper laundromats, but it's worth it to me. The machines clean your clothes well without being too hard on them, and it's a place I don't mind hanging out while I wait for my laundry since it's so nice and cozy.

The man who helped me was extremely helpful, and my laundry was done quicker than originally expected! I typically don’t wash dry fold, but needed to due to not having enough time! Definitely will be coming back!I also had a Comforter washed separately from my laundry, and was only charged $17.50..this was also about a week ago
